1
Your life is giving you signs all day long, but most people completely misunderstand what they're seeing.
2
You think about somebody and they call.
3
You make a decision and suddenly the right people start showing up.
4
Most people call these things coincidences.
5
Others call them synchronicities or signs from the universe.
6
I think there's something even more profound.
7
I think they're evidence that your consciousness and your reality are not separate things at all, but two expressions of the same underlying field.
8
So today, I want to introduce to you one of the strangest discoveries in modern physics, one of the most profound ideas ever proposed about reality,
9
and a practical framework that could completely change the way you create your life.
10
So let's get into it.
11
All right, guys, a lot of people have questions about synchronicities.
12
Why do they happen?
13
Why do you think about someone and they call?
14
Why do the same patterns keep showing up in your life?
15
Why does life suddenly flow after an internal decision is made?
16
Is it coincidence?
17
Is it confirmation bias?
18
Is it evidence that reality is more connected than we think?
19
I'm going to answer those questions for you today, but more importantly, I'm going to give you a framework for replicating synchronicities because I actually believe synchronicity is a skill.
20
And when you understand how you create these coincidences in your life, you can replicate it.
21
And so I'm going to be sharing with you a framework that combines psychology, spirituality, and modern physics equaling synchronicity.
22
Now, we've all experienced meaningful coincidence.
23
This was a term that was actually coined by Carl Jung.
24
He described coincidence as a causal connecting principle.
25
Now, once you get over the word salad, it's really pretty straightforward forward, it's a fancy way of saying something happens external to you
26
that matches a thought or idea or hunch that occurs inside of you without any other identifiable connection.
27
And Jung had this famous example that he referred to as the golden scarab case.
28
So while treating a woman who recounted a dream about receiving a golden scarab beetle, just as she's telling Jung the dream,
29
he hears a tapping at his office window and he opens it to catch what's called a rose chafer, which is the closest equivalent to a golden scarab beetle,
30
which flew inside the office.
31
And what's interesting, as Jung tells the story, is that this coincidence literally shattered this woman's block
32
and opened her up to the shift that they had been trying to create for months.
33
And that's, in some ways, what I think coincidences are here for, to shatter our notion of a separated reality.
34
And so most people either dismiss coincidences or they over mystify them, right?
35
But what I'm suggesting is that maybe they're neither.
36
What if synchronicity is the visible expression of an invisible order that is always functioning,
37
tying our consciousness or our inner world to the material or external reality?
38
This could be yet another supporting evidence for the fact that you really do create your own reality.
39
So David Bohm, considered by many to be the most influential physicist of the 20th century,
40
He proposed that reality exists in two complementary orders or structures.
41
He said the world that we experience is what he called the explicate order, the unfolded world of separate objects and separate people and separate events.
42
But beneath that visible reality existed what he called the implicate order.
43
It is an unfolded order where everything exists as one interconnected whole.
44
So let me give you an analogy for this.
45
I want you to think about the ocean, right?
46
On the surface, we see separate waves, different sizes, different velocities, but beneath the surface,
47
there's only one body of water expressing itself up above in countless forms or waves.
48
So similarly, every individual thing or wave in the universe may contain
49
and participate in the entire system or the ocean of reality, right?
50
Everything we see individuates itself, but there is an underlying connecting system.
51
So according to Bohm, separation is useful for everyday life, but ultimately it may be an illusion generated by our perception
52
and that the deeper reality is a unity expressing itself as apparent diversity.
53
So this takes us to the idea of quantum entanglement.
54
And I know you guys love quantum entanglement because they are top performing videos.
55
And honestly, I love talking about it
56
because it is one of the strangest discoveries ever made in physics
57
so what we discovered was that scientists can cause two particles
58
so think about two separate particles atoms photons molecules particles something
59
physical in the world scientists can cause two particles to interact in such a way
60
that they become linked so after they become linked those particles can be separated by enormous distances miles apart,
61
potentially light years apart, yet when one particle is influenced,
62
the other particle responds in exactly that same moment in exactly that same way.
63
Now, that's not after a signal travels from one to the other.
64
It's not after enough time for information to move at the speed of light is communicated immediately.
65
So Einstein famously called this spooky action at a distance,
66
And experiments over decades have repeatedly demonstrated that these correlations are real and cannot be explained by simple,
67
local, hidden, variable theories.
68
In other words, there's no math that explains how these two phenomenon could be correlated.
69
And physicists still debate what entanglement ultimately means.
70
But one conclusion is unavoidable, and that is this.
71
Reality is not as locally separate as classical physics once assumed.
72
that there exists a level of connection that transcends ordinary notions of space and distance.
73
And what spooky action at a distance proposes is the possibility that there is this interconnected field.
74
And that kind of makes sense because if you think about it,
75
if you imagine the universe as a blanket and you think about separating two things at extraordinary distances,
76
the moment you move the blanket or the field that's underneath, both would react.
77
So there seems to be something connecting the material world.
78
And so here's the big question.
79
If matter itself can remain deeply connected, what if consciousness can too?
80
What if you and I are also deeply connected?
81
In fact, what if all of us are deeply connected?
82
So what if the universe is less like billions of isolated objects
83
and more like one fluid expressing itself through billions of perspectives?
84
This isn't proof, but this is a framework, and it's an incredibly powerful one.
85
So I think that we, as participants in reality, are entangled in two ways.
86
First, we're entangled with one another.
87
So every human being participates in the same field of consciousness.
88
And that is why I can think about someone and I run into them at a grocery store.
89
Or I have a fear and someone else shows up
90
and reacts in a particular way that fulfills on my greatest fear, right?
91
There's an interconnectivity amongst all of us.
92
Second, we become entangled with the patterns of our own life, meaning our relationships, our finances,
93
our health, our opportunities, and our struggles.
94
They become ongoing reflections of the frequency that we've stabilized to.
95
So our reality is something else that we entangle with, and it is a mirror or a reflection of our frequency.
96
So what's frequency?
97
Well, frequency isn't woo.
98
Frequency can be described as the integrated output of your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions, your nervous system, and ultimately your identity.
99
Because when you look at how the human being operating system works, when you have a thought, that's an electromagnetic phenomenon in your brain.
100
When you have an emotion, that's an electromagnetic phenomenon in your nervous system.
101
And we are always thinking and we are always perceiving so we are always vibing, putting off a vibration or engaging in some sort of frequency output.
102
Now, Napoleon Hill talked about this.
103
He basically said that the human being is a broadcast system, that we are radioactive.
104
And what we're broadcasting is a specific frequency which is correlated to thoughts and belief systems.
105
And then all of humanity and all of reality receives this broadcast and organizes itself
106
to create experiences that reflect back to you the belief
107
or the thought or the emotion that started it in the first place.
108
So I wanna give you a visual structure for this, okay?
109
Now, if you're listening along on audio, you just listen.
110
If you're following on YouTube, you're gonna see it.
111
It's what I call the higher power system.
112
This is also a diagram that is in the middle of my book, A Changed Mind.
113
If you have not grabbed it yet, you can jump on over to Amazon and pick it up if you love this episode.
114
But the diagram is there.
115
And what it basically says is, on a moment-by-moment basis, you are always thinking.
116
You're thinking and you're feeling and you are broadcasting one of two channels of frequency.
117
One channel we would call a powerful state of being.
118
The other channel is a primal state of being.
119
So when you're thinking thoughts that feel good, that are moving you into a powerful state, you're broadcasting what we would call a positive frequency.
120
When you are thinking thoughts and feeling emotions that don't feel good, that move you into some form of stress or anxiety or overwhelm,
121
some form of suffering, or what you might call a negative emotion, you're broadcasting this negative frequency.
122
And so as you're broadcasting, all of consciousness, all of reality is receiving this broadcast.
123
It's almost like you're placing your order with reality.
124
Reality then, through human beings and through other miracles or acts of the material world organizes to create life experiences for you.
125
And those experiences are always directly correlated with your predominant habit of thought and habit of emotion.
126
So if you're thinking thoughts of abundance, which feel good, you'll create experiences in your life that will reflect back to you that abundance mindset.
127
If you're constantly afraid that you're going to be betrayed by someone and you don't trust people,
128
which is a negative broadcast that's moving you into a primal state or an emotion that doesn't feel good, life will organize circumstances and situations of betrayal.
129
So life is always organizing according to the balance of your thoughts, your beliefs, and your emotions.
130
And so that's what teachers mean when they say your bank account
131
or your body or your relationships are a mirror of your consciousness.
132
The experiences that you have today in your day-to-day life, literally today, are a mirror reflecting back to you what it is that you believe.
133
Because if you scrutinize the moments of your life, what you'll notice is when you meet these moments that are organized
134
or created based off of what you habitually believe and think and feel, you have a reaction to these moments, don't you?
135
A bill shows up in the mail that you didn't expect and you react and go, oh my gosh, I may not have enough or money is hard to make.
136
Well, most people think that that unexpected bill is what causes them to think or feel a particular way.
137
But the truth is you've been thinking and feeling this way for a long, long time.
138
And that habit of thought and
139
that habit of emotion is what has actually created this situation
140
or coincidence or synchronicity of receiving a bill in the mail that you didn't expect to pay.
141
This is a very simplified explanation of how we create our reality.
142
This is a very simplified but clear explanation of law of attraction.
143
And it is an explanation of how we create synchronicities and coincidences in our own life.
144
Now, the beautiful thing is that we have an opportunity to respond to these experiences that we don't like.
145
We have a response ability.
146
And the ability is to not blame the external circumstance or life as life keeps lifing, but to take a look at your reaction.
147
Because your reaction is the thought or belief that created this coincidence or synchronicity or circumstance in the first place.
148
And what you'll discover as you begin to audit
149
and observe your reaction to the experiences that you don't like in your life is you will discover your limiting beliefs.
150
And then you do the work, the work to interrogate the belief, question the belief, transform the belief, to come up with a better belief,
151
to find evidence in your own life that supports the new empowered belief or new empowered decision.
152
And so this is the work to do.
153
But this is the mechanism by which we consciously or unconsciously manufacture coincidences or synchronicities in your life.
154
And so what's important to understand is that coincidences and synchronicities are occurring all the time.
155
We are entangled with reality
156
and reality has no choice either through our interaction with other people
157
or through a bill that shows up in the mail
158
or through the time that you decide to log on to social media and an ad that you see that
159
leads you to a program or a solution that's going to help you better your life or improve your bank account.
160
All of those things are entanglements based on what it is that we believe about reality.
161
So again, if you believe, for example, that you are not worthy, you'll create circumstances and situations,
162
coincidences and synchronicities that will reflect back to you your unworthiness.
163
But the good news is, is you have an ability to respond and that is to interrogate the reaction,
164
which is the belief that created the circumstance or situation in the first place and transform the belief.
165
Now, of course, that's what this entire show is about.
166
We've got over a hundred episodes on how to transform your beliefs.
167
But what I want to invite you to do is to see how you've entangled with your current reality.
168
I want you to see the power of coincidence and synchronicity and pick one recurring problem.
169
It could be relationship problems.
170
You always meet somebody new and you get really excited in the beginning, but they turn out to be the same person
171
that you just got out of a relationship with over and over and over again.
172
Or maybe it's the same argument that you have with the relationship or the partner that you have.
173
Maybe it's a problem with money or a problem with your health
174
or you've plateaued in your business and ask yourself what belief would perfectly explain why this pattern keeps repeating.
175
Don't analyze the circumstance.
176
Find the belief underneath it.
177
Take a look at the problem and notice what you think about it, right?
178
That's step number one.
179
Identify and audit the belief, which is the reaction to the problem in the first place.
180
And then my encouragement is to make the opposite decision, right?
181
Not an affirmation, a decision.
182
So rather than saying I'm not good enough, which is the reaction, I am good enough.
183
Money is hard to make and money is easy to make.
184
So come up with a new empowered decision, right?
185
Life never works out for me.
186
Life always works out for me.
187
And then what I want you to do is I want you to ask yourself a simple question, which is what evidence do I have for the fact that this new decision is true?
188
And wait to see what occurs for you.
189
What this simple process is, it's called a decision matrix.
190
Now, if you're a regular listener to the show, you love the decision matrix.
191
I know I was just speaking at Dave Asprey's biohacking conference.
192
Literally, people were coming up to me going, man, thank you for the decision matrix.
193
It transformed my life.
194
It is also outlined in my book.
195
But this is a simple three-step process for using the coincidences and synchronicities that you don't prefer in your life,
196
looking at your reaction to that experience, revealing the limiting belief and then coming up with a new decision and evidence to support the new decision.
197
This is the simplest, most powerful way I know of transforming a limiting belief.
198
And then be present for the next week as the old limiting belief comes up
199
and remind yourself that what you really believe to be true is the new decision
200
and remind yourself of the evidence that you came up with that reinforces the fact that the new decision is actually true, that it is more true than the limiting belief.
201
This is a process called neural pruning.
202
This is a way when the neural networks
203
that represent the old limiting belief show up that you don't continue to perpetuate them, but you stop, you remind yourself of the new decision,
204
you start building this new memory, this new belief system, this new part of your brain, and you deactivate the old one.
205
This is actually how you shift your beliefs.
206
You shift your identity.
207
You literally become a different person.
208
And as you're willing to commit to this work and this practice, watch what begins to reorganize.
209
Watch the conversations.
210
Watch the opportunities, the ideas, the coincidences, the synchronicities.
211
Because reality has no choice but to transform according to your consciousness.
212
So synchronicities might be miracles.
213
They might be your guides or angels orchestrating things.
214
They might be moments where the implicate order briefly becomes visible, where the invisible architecture underneath reality peeks through.
215
And maybe the reason your life keeps producing the same results is
216
because you're perfectly entangled with the identity that you've been carrying for a long time.
217
But the beautiful news is this, the moment you make a new decision about who you are, about how life works, about how it's going to be,
218
you begin entangling with an entirely different future.
219
And over time, the field has no choice but to reflect that back to you.

Was du lernst

Auch "I think there's" wird zu "I think thers" verkürzt.
