which is the most beautiful little old town here in Vietnam we took a flight last night

and I's first day in Hoi An we have spent today honestly doing a very important job

which was getting all of our tailor clothes and everything

that we're getting made sorted

if you didn't know hoi an is famous for all of its amazing clothes tailoring

because they have like the most insane selection of things here you walk down the street

and it's just tailor tailor tailor leather shop leather shop bags shoes it's honestly very very overwhelming

so i'm pretty proud of us for getting it all done in one morning we've like ordered our stuff

and then tomorrow we go back try things on.

They'll adjust, remeasure us, and then hopefully it will all be ready the next day, which is crazy.

So our course started at a little local market where they walked us around, explained all the different ingredients.

I was a little bit nervous and the whole like tourist activity idea of it kind of confuses me.

We opted to sit out of this one because mum gets very seasick and honestly it was just not appealing to me.

After we had finished our big expedition on the river, they drove us to the place where we were making all the food.

The first dish that we were making was spring rolls, and we made the filling ourselves, rolled it up in the rice paper, and even deep fried it.

It was my first time ever deep frying something.

My mom is also vegetarian, and they were so accommodating, and they made like all the different dishes for her vegetarian.
