Because shadowing is one of the most effective ways to train your mouth, ears and brain to work together in English, just like native speakers do.

Shadowing means you listen to a sentence and repeat it immediately, trying to match the speaker's pronunciation, intonation and rhythm.

Let me explain intonation in simple words.

Intonation is the music of the sentence, the rise and fall of your voice.
