How do you think of the English-speaking people?

I don't really go to the cinema much because most of the films they put on is not really to my taste.

However, when there is a movie that I like, so every two or three months, I will ask some friends to come down with me.

We'll get a meal first beforehand.

And then after that, we would normally go watch the cinema.

And what was the first film that you watched?

I remember the first movie I watched growing up.

that sticks out to me with the most was Spiderman 1 with Tobey Maguire I don't know why

that sticks with me but yeah I vividly remember the whole series Spiderman 1

and 2 and yeah it was really great so let's talk about tea

and coffee so are tea

and coffee popular in your country in my country England tea

is commonly known as a it's a very yeah household drink coffee Tea is sort of on the rise,

but it will not just be the iconality of tea.

Yeah, well what about you?

Do you like tea or coffee?

Me personally, I'm more of a tea guy, mainly because there's more varieties and different types which can be more adjusted,

whereas coffee is quite strict in a way.

So I think tea for me is better.

It's more personalized.

Okay, let's move on to the topic of transportation.

So what's the most popular means of transportation in your hometown?

In my hometown, me and my friends usually drive cars.

Unlike in Vietnam, where the streets are more wider and crowded, the roads tend to be smaller and less crowded,

so cars are more accessible and easier to drive around.

Yeah, so do you prefer public transportation or private transportation?

There are times where I do prefer public, so when I'm tired

and I'm feeling drowsy it isn't very safe for me to drive on my own yeah

so i will opt for the bus or

if it's a very long journey i will typically get the train

and during that time when i'm on the train

or bus i can just you know go my phone and watch a film or play games which i wouldn't normally

be able to do when i'm driving yep okay

and how could you improve transport in your town or your I think for me,

a lot of the problems in my local hometown is there's always road problems,

which means a lot of roads get closed up for roadworks and they're typically very slow.

They don't get resolved very quickly.

So for the roadworks were to say be able to get fixed in a reasonable amount of time, it would cause less traffic problems,

less diversion problems and be very beneficial to the whole community.

Yeah, all right.

Very good answer.

The last topic for speaking part one would be collecting things.

So what items are considered collectibles in your country?

Collectible items in my country are like those football cards.

So in America they typically have baseball cards or NFL players

but in my country growing up it was specifically these type called match attacks

and it was football players and

if you were lucky on a birthday present your dad or your mom they would personalize one for you.

Oh really?

Yeah and then just have like maxed out stats

so you're the best player in that card

and i felt yeah i felt very cool to have with

you younger yeah okay do a lot of people in your country collect things

i think it's mostly children who collect things

so probably here as well pokemon cards is a very common thing to sort of um collect in the packs

and trade around with friends

but as you get older you may get into more niche collectible items like coins

and yeah or like can tabs which is i find kind of weird

but yeah some people like to have their own interests

and that's fine with them yeah okay

so that's the end of the speaking part one and now let's move on to speaking part two

okay so far speaking part two you're gonna have one minute to prepare

and then one to two minutes to talk about what you have prepared okay

and this will be your question today let's talk about let's describe a time

when your computer broke down right okay

and now you're gonna have one minute to prepare let's start now yep three two

and one okay now you're gonna have maximum of two minutes to talk let's start now

so for me a noticeable a noticeable memory i had when my um

device was not working was during a school presentation it was

a really important preparation powerpoint i had to provide for the

class yeah based on my sports science topic about different types of leaderships in sporting coaching

and it was me and a group of friends right so we

essentially hooked up the computer to the massive white screen in the classroom

but the computer just kept shutting down it just it wouldn't turn on

and we tried to turn on repeatedly and it just wouldn't go so we basically had to go into it blind

and me and my friends were panicking right because this is a very important presentation

a lot of marks for our course so we just ended up deciding to wing it which looking back

It's all we had to do, it's all we could do yeah

so yeah we just went into it blind went through the presentation quite well

and then the teacher actually came up to us and told us with all those technical difficulties you were having

you did as much as you could and additionally not only

that to on the outside we stayed very composed

so overall we've done the task effectively

and at the end of it we were sort of very relieved

and not only that we were we felt happy

that we could sort of overcome this challenge

and inconvenience at a time like this yeah okay

so thank you for the speaking part two that was very good

and now let's move on to speaking part three

so why do some people choose to remain silent when they receive best service?

I think it's more of the fear of acting like a Karen

so they say some people decide that it isn't worth the trouble

or inconvenience and not only that they may be afraid of the confrontation however other people when they decide to stay silent

they typically may have a more of a stoic mindset yeah

like this person made a mistake they might be having a bad day um it's probably accidental

and then they just decide to move on um to forget about

that bad moment in time and just move on reset stay calm

and just live and just continue however there are cases of other people they see this mistake

or an accident or an issue and they will speak up

because ultimately when you pay for a service you want the best you want right yeah

and if someone makes a mistake they

aren't sort of held back to point it out and then hopefully they have it corrected however i think

there are some problems in the way like typically you'll see videos online of people delivering

that kind of looks bad yeah okay another question maybe what should companies do

if a product appears to be faulty faulty um

when the customer complains about a faulty product i do think companies should take that seriously especially they should investigate

why the product is broken, what happened to it, was it like this from the manufacturing side from the start

or was it a drop in the box on delivery

and this issue does need to be resolved so the consumers feel satisfied

and happy about what they are buying otherwise they wouldn't go back to the company

or the company would just eventually run out of business if they were just handing out faulty products every time.

Okay, when does good customer service play the most important role?

So I think having a good customer service is important to every business as ultimately

building those interpersonal relationships with the consumer and the manufacturer or the

client and business that's the way you maintain those relationships and their connection

and what would make them keep coming back to you for example say you work in a

hair salon right yeah if you have a good relationship with

that client they're less likely to go to someone else

because they enjoy their time with you get you they enjoy being served by you

that sometimes the customer's expectations are just too high i think that

if a customer expects something highly it can be sort of

a compliment to compare like they expect this level of service product

or quality from your business however at the end of the day you do pay for what you get for

So being a native English speaker where I grew up and studied in English.
