1
In this video, I'm going to share 18 tiny habits that instantly make you a more attractive person.
2
And all of these have nothing to do with your physical appearance or your face.
3
It's all in your energy and the way you show up.
4
Hey friend, welcome back.
5

8

9
It's where I talk about things like manifestation and mindset
10
and feminine energy and relationships and money and business and a little bit of my personal life, a little bit of all of it.
11
So if you want to get on the list and join the inner circle, the link for that is down below.
12
So let's just get right on into it.
13
Number one, actually listening to the other person talking instead of just waiting to speak.
14
Although it looks the same from the outside, the energy is completely different.
15
And you've probably felt it.
16
When someone actually truly is listening to you, and you feel seen and heard, you like that person more.
17
Some people are just waiting to speak because they just like to talk about themselves.
18
Other people are waiting to speak and thinking about what they're going to say because they're anxious.
19
But either way, when that happens, you lack presence.
20
And presence is beautiful.
21
Presence is attractive.
22
Number two, being regulated emotionally and not reactive.
23
Having calm, grounded energy is attractive.
24
Whereas being reactive and being triggered by people who you can just tell have really regulated nervous systems,
25
there is something so beautiful about that and you want to be around them.
26
Having a regulated nervous system makes you more attractive because it completely shifts your energy and your entire aura.
27
Number three, people who are attractive have hobbies and passions.
28
They actually have things that they care about
29
and they do in their life that have nothing to do with work
30
and they don't turn every single hobby and every single passion into a monetizable skill.
31
People who have their own lives outside of, you know, just going They have interests.
32
They have creative endeavors.
33
They have depth to them, and that makes them magnetic.
34
Their passion makes them magnetic.
35
And these people are also curious, right?
36
People who naturally try new hobbies and have these passions, they're naturally curious people.
37
And naturally curious people are interesting.
38
They're attractive.
39
Number four, have a life that feels alive.
40
Okay?
41
Go do things.
42
Get off the couch sometimes and go do things.
43
Go places.
44
Try new things.
45
Say yes to new experiences.
46
small ones, go to that new coffee shop, go take that new little pottery class that they're offering at the community center.
47
Just last week, I saw Ludovico Aynotti, and if you don't know who he is, he's a famous pianist and composer, and I've never been to a concert like that, and it was wonderful.
48
It was beautiful.
49
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
50
Travel can be huge for this as well.
51
You know, people who have stories, people who are engaged with the world, who actually live life, they're interesting,
52
aura and it makes them magnetic.
53
It makes them attractive.
54
Number five, assume people like you.
55
If you assume that you are an attractive person and that people like you, people are more likely to treat you that way.
56
You show up in that way and people mirror that back to you.
57
And if you assume people don't like you, the same is true in reverse.
58
People start to subconsciously mirror that back to yourself.
59
This is not being entitled or obnoxious.
60
This is just being confident and confident energy rushing through everything.
61
Rushing energy is anxious energy, but when you slow down and move in a softer way, in a more confident way, again, there's a presence to that.
62
There's a confidence to that.
63
There's a magnetic energy about that.
64
Why isn't she rushing?
65
Why is she so calm?
66
What does she have figured out?
67
What does she know that I don't?
68
Again, it goes back to the regulated nervous system.
69
People with regulated nervous systems tend to not rush so much.
70
It all kind of comes back to without seeking validation.
71
You don't need to ask everyone's opinions before you decide on something, and you don't need to over -explain why you decided what you decided.
72
You do not have to over -explain your decisions, your actions, your feelings.
73
When you over -explain, you're trying to justify it.
74
You're trying to subconsciously get approval and get validation from the other person.
75
So when it comes to what outfit you're going to wear
76
when you go to dinner with your girlfriends or what job confident in your decision.
77
That confidence completely shifts your energy and the way people see you.
78
Even if they don't agree with the choices you made or they think your outfit that you chose is ugly, it doesn't matter.
79
That confidence is magnetic.
80
And number eight, attractive people that people want to be around.
81
Those people are excited for life.
82
Those people romanticize the life.
83
They still celebrate all of the little holidays and they still get excited for a little date night
84
make you attractive and people want to be around that kind of energy.
85
So romanticize life.
86
Be excited by the little things.
87
Be excited to try that new coffee shop that just opened a few blocks from your apartment.
88
Celebrate milestones.
89
Celebrate birthdays.
90
I love people who are excited by life.
91
Almost everybody does because it feels good to be around them.
92
Number nine, people who come off as attractive are able to respectfully disagree with people.
93
Here's what I mean.
94
Like think about the a certain value related to something, that's fine.
95
That's great.
96
Everyone can have their own opinions and their own values.
97
But when you come across someone who disagrees with that opinion, or maybe has a different set of values, how do you react?
98
The people who react by yelling and shaming the other person and getting all aggressive and being all triggered, that's unattractive.
99
It is so unattractive.
100
But when you can have grace during a disagreement, that is attractive.
101
Whether that is grace with someone you disagree with on the internet, or having grace with a disagreement that you have with your partner,
102
or having grace with the disagreement you have with a family member.
103
But being able to have that grace and being able to say, we agree to disagree, that's okay.
104
That shows that you have nothing to prove.
105
Again, that you have a regulated nervous system.
106
Being able to do that takes maturity and emotional intelligence.
107
And not everyone has that.
108
But if you do, that makes you way more attractive.
109
Number 10, keep promises to yourself.
110
Having discipline is a Attractive.
111
Having self -commitment is attractive.
112
Even if these promises to yourself are private and nobody knows about them, it still shifts your energy.
113
It makes you a more powerful person and people can feel that.
114
And next number 11, don't rush to fill awkward moments.
115
Attractive people have this general ease within themselves and being able to be comfortable in silence, that shows ease within yourself.
116
How do you react in that situation?
117
Are you comfortable with it or are you resisting it?
118
Are you calm in that or do you immediately get anxious?
119
That difference in how you react and how you respond to awkward moments, any awkward moments, it reveals something about yourself.
120
Number 12, remember small details about people.
121
This instantly makes you more attractive.
122
This is the kind of thing that people don't forget.
123
Whether you remember the name of someone's dog or the fact
124
that this person's daughter just started ballet and she told you about that last to take her daughter, her first daughter to ballet.
125
Remembering that this person hates cheese.
126
People love this, people will remember you.
127
It's thoughtful, it's a kind thing to do, and it signals you care.
128
And being a genuinely good person makes you a more attractive person.
129
Number 13, speak with confidence and certainty, but not arrogance.
130
And there is a difference.
131
And even science has shown that people who speak with certainty are more well -liked.
132
And this is really interesting.
133
even if they were wrong, right?
134
They spoke with certainty, but their diagnosis were wrong.
135
Their patients actually liked those doctors more simply because they spoke with certainty.
136
When you speak with confidence and certainty, it comes off as attractive.
137
People like it.
138
People gravitate to you more.
139
Number 14, being able to laugh at yourself.
140
Okay, embarrassment is a choice.
141
Everybody makes mistakes.
142
Everybody has weird moments.
143
Everybody has awkward moments.
144
That is a part It shows you're confident, you're emotionally secure, you're a playful person,
145
all of that is attractive.
146
Number 15, have goals and a sense of direction, even if those things change over time.
147
They probably will change over time and that's okay.
148
It's not about having it all figured out, it's about being in motion towards something, caring about something, being passionate about something,
149
and caring about things is attractive.
150
Number 16, give people your full attention.
151
You can feel that.
152
You like people more when they are present with you.
153
When you are talking to them and they're actually looking at you, making eye contact, they're not looking out around the room and messing with their hair and messing with their clothes,
154
or the worst, picking up their phone and texting someone and ignoring you.
155
Give people your full attention.
156
Real presence is becoming rare, but that's what makes it so powerful.
157
That's what makes it so attractive.
158
Number 17, you don't always need to win.
159
You don't always have to prove your point.
160
don't always have to be right.
161
Not needing to win all the time and prove your point is one of the most underrated subtle forms of confidence.
162
This is more than just being able to have grace with a disagreement.
163
This is different.
164
This is deeper than this.
165
Sometimes that connection matters more than being right and it matters more than winning.
166
But also sometimes we're wrong and that's okay.
167
Sometimes the most attractive thing you can do is be like, oops, "My bad, I'm sorry." Or, "You know what?
168
I see your point and that makes sense." Or even, "I know what's true for me and that's good enough." I don't need to win you over.
169
And this leads me into my last point, number 18, being at ease with yourself and having radical self -acceptance.
170
This has nothing to do with the way you look, but it will completely shift the way people see you.
171
When you are at ease with yourself, when you are confident with yourself, when you think that you're beautiful, when you like who you are, when you're at peace with who you are,
172
it radiates from your aura without you needing to do anything.
173
And people who are comfortable in their own skin.
174
It's undeniable.
175
It's simple.
176
Sometimes if you want people to perceive you as more attractive, you have to decide to see yourself as attractive first.
177
This is where real beauty
178
and real attractiveness starts are you at ease with yourself with how you are
179
and how you look and all of your features
180
or are you fighting yourself because the first is much more confident much more attractive
181
and much more magnetic and
182
that is why you need to go watch this video here
183
the psychology of being hot it's all about how hot is a mindset
184
and if you think that's delusional i highly recommend you watch this video first before you jump to conclusions
185
so i'll see you over there
186
or i'll just see you next time in my next video thank you so much for watching bye
