44
to teach you a little lesson this called depreciation the lesson
45
of depreciation okay depreciation means well let's just look it up
46
a reduction in the value of an asset through the passage of time due in particular to wear and tear
47
okay now this is an asset this this plane's an asset
48
okay this this this right here is keeping you warm it's
49
an asset okay now this by the way this will keep you warm this won't i mean it wouldn't be
50
that it wouldn't be that comfortable why she's not comfortable now now
51
this is paper okay and and when the government the government basically the federal reserve
52
Princess paper okay they make it you don't have to make
53
money they make the money you your job is to collect it
54
okay now there's a couple ways to earn money one i
55
can trade time for it i go work for somebody uh
56
checking at nine o'clock in the morning until five o'clock in the afternoon they're gonna pay me for my time
57
or I can take money or talent
58
or do a deal a handshake I can do a deal
59
and I can get somebody to pay me for some some property
60
or some royalty or some asset that that maybe I okay this right here
61
when they start printing money exactly
62
that happened in Germany they had to make an entire another paper kind of currency yes would you read
63
that yeah see see so
64
if this is all the money printed on the planet it has a value
65
that value is determined by what you and I think
66
that is worth yeah
67
but let's say you needed food let's say you were starving would you want this
68
or the Cheetos exactly so money is based on the value you
69
and I put on it now if the government go
70
if this is all the money in the universe
71
and the government goes out
72
and prints billions of dollars more this okay this becomes less valuable
73
so even though time did not pass okay
74
when we print more this should drop the value of this
75
that is why
76
that is why hold on
77
we'll show you something I know go sit down you sit down i'll bring it to you okay
78
that is why papa takes this pieces of paper that were manufactured
79
and i take this and i trade it for that
80
so the the seller takes the money because they needed to make money or so they think
81
and they give me this piece of property.
82
When that goes down in value, this will naturally, the real estate will naturally go up in value.
83
So that's why I tell you, don't lose my property if something happens to Papa, okay?
84
We will not lose your property.
85
Do not lose it.
86
Take care of the property.
87
Number two, take care of the tenants.
88
Three, take care of the investors.
89

90
Because these will take care of you.
91
They'll take care of your kids.
92
They'll take care of the church.
93
They'll take care of their kids?
94
They'll take care of the kids' kids.
95
They'll take care of the investors' kids.
96
They'll take care of everything.
97

98
Can't steal that.
99
