The inside of a bright supermarket, seen from one end of a wide, empty aisle. On the left, wooden crates are piled high with red apples and oranges; on the right, wooden shelves hold baskets of bread loaves and rolls. At the back there is a glass cheese counter, and in the distance, near a bright doorway, a man and a woman stand together with a shopping cart; two large blank white signs hang on the left wall.
