Today, come spend the day with me as I experience my real daily life,

eating cheap local breakfast, exploring the streets,

and living in my small 15-square-meter room.

Hello, I'm Poo.

The weather here today feels much cooler,

and it seems like the rainy season is slowly starting to arrive.

Last night there was a heavy rain so this morning the streets are covered with wet leaves and small puddles of water.

I just woke up and decided to go outside to find something simple for breakfast.

The streets are already very busy early in the morning because this is rush hour for people going to work,

taking their children to school and starting their daily businesses.

Do people in your country cross the streets like this too?

Honestly, it can look pretty dangerous at first.

I still remember when I first moved to the city years ago,

I was too scared to cross the road because of all the traffic.

But little by little, I got used to it,

and now it feels completely normal to me.

After walking around for a bit,

I decided to stop by a small sidewalk bank me stand.

The hot grilled meat skewers looked really delicious and tempting.

And the best part is that it's very affordable.

Only about 50 cents for one.

That's also why Bank Mii is such a popular and convenient choice for many people here in Vietnam.

Right at this intersection, there's an elderly woman selling sticky rice.

This is also a very traditional food in Vietnam and it's even cheaper than banh mi

Whenever the traffic light turns red and vehicles stop That's usually when customers quickly come over to buy from her

I truly hope she stays healthy and happy while continuing her work every day

Do people in your country drink coffee every morning too?

Here in Vietnam, coffee is something enjoyed by almost everyone,

no matter their income or job.

And places like this are especially popular with lower income workers such as drivers,

cleaners, delivery riders and many other hard working people.

And honestly, I really admire how carefully and professionally she prepares each cup of coffee.

I stopped by a small sidewalk coffee stand

and decided to sit down for a while with my banj mi and a cup of coffee.

Watching the busy streets and people moving through their daily lives somehow makes me feel less stressed and more connected to life.

I headed back to my room but the weather still feels very hot and uncomfortable.

The air inside the room feels a little stuffy and honestly,

I'm already starting to sweat again.

I also checked a package that had just arrived.

The midday sun here is usually very strong,

so I decided to buy a more covered pair of sandals to protect my feet when going outside.

Honestly, I think it was a pretty good decision.
