To find this one, spawn at Belmond Green and head down this road here towards this multi-story car park.

The road doesn't continue, so quickly head around the building.

Right next to that, we can find another boat called the Spirit of Maxwell, referencing Maxwell the cat who can be found somewhere on the map.
