With summer officially coming to an end,

I've been slowing down the way I always do this time of year.

I am so done with the heat,

but honestly the weather isn't letting me fully switch into autumn mode just yet

So instead of rushing the season I've been leaning on small habits

and a few items that helped me ease into the transition

This is the closet space I'm working with

so every six months I have to reorganize my entire wardrobe I go through my clothes

and figure out which pieces I didn't end up wearing and say goodbye to them

My mom taught me to take a photo of each piece to remember it

and that way I feel less reluctant about letting it go

Cooking can feel overwhelming especially when you're busy with work

or just life in general But I've been trying to keep my schedule less packed

so that I actually have time to make quick meals

I've learned

that not every meal has to be perfect as long as

you're mindful of what you choose to put in your body I mean,

I'm making somen here which is essentially just

noodles made out of white flour with a dipping sauce

and it's definitely not the most nutritious But at least I didn't mindlessly binge on overly processed food While I'm cooking,

I'm rather taking the time to understand my cravings

and trying to get a better control of them I'm gonna try this again

So recently I'm working on this project where i am looking through old photos

and videos of when i was like a child and through

that process i actually found my mother's old sony camcorder i guess handy cam is

that what they call it i think yeah handy cam in

order to take good Photoshop video you have to use the mini DV cassettes like these.

I've been actually filming on this camera again.

I remember being filmed on this camera as a child so it's been very nostalgic.

so i bought these loop earplugs i feel like a lot

of people have been recommending it i bought the most basic model

but i really like it like i feel like most earplugs

that i have tried the cheap ones i feel this pressure in my ears

but the loop earplugs I don't feel any weird pressure at all they're very soft in my ears

but it shuts out just the right amount of noise if anyone is looking for earplugs I recommend the earplugs
