So, before I tell you the plan or do anything else, let's go find a base camp that we can call home for the night.

There was actually a spot I found using the satellite part of Google Maps that I was trying to find.

The only problem is I had no idea what to expect once I got there in person, which made me a little nervous.

But sure enough, I found the campsite just as the rain was starting to let up.

And I've car camped in the past and been super unprepared.
