So I wanted to make this video for you guys specifically who are thinking about moving to California, probably heard really good things about it, cons about it as well.

and also facts that are online so you guys can decide if this is a good area for you.

So I'm going to start off with the pros first in no particular order.

So my first pro is going to be close to Orange County.

For those who don't know, Orange County is extremely expensive and it's just getting more expensive as time goes on.

So a lot of people who live in Orange County who are either renting or want to

but don't have to pay those crazy high prices.

So a lot of people look into Corona.

Corona isn't a great place.

The location is hard to beat.

You're right off of the 15 and the 91 freeway so

that gives you easy access to Orange County only leaving you about 15 to 25 miles to Anaheim, Irvine and the beaches.

So for those who want to be close to Orange County definitely check out

as it is but make sure to look into corona before you have to look into other areas

that are a lot more east or north or south of orange county

You're right off of the 15, how I mentioned earlier, and you're right off the 91 freeway where everybody wants to be.

The 91 then leads you into Orange County.

You can take the 241 as well, or it can lead you into LA as well.

There are a ton of freeways off of the 91 that can take you to different locations.

So if you're a commuter, if you're going to be commuting every day, Corona is definitely a place to look into.

Or even if you have a hybrid schedule where you only have to work once or twice a week.

So my next pro for Corona is going to be amenities and things to do.

So Corona has a lot of options for fast food restaurants, things to do.

You've got the major shoppings, you've got Costco, you've got Target, you've got Dos Lagos, which is a big shopping center.

So if Corona doesn't have it, you're very close to major cities, like 15 to 20 to 30 minutes away from a lot of things to do,

which is a big reason why a ton of people actually move to Corona because they have a lot of amenities.

And my last pro, and there's a ton more pros that I can mention, but I wanted to make it short and sweet for you guys, is you're close to big cities.

So I already mentioned Orange County and LA, but also to Las Vegas.

A lot of people don't know that we're only about a three to three and a half

you like to go to the casinos or you like to go to concerts

or watch the games like the Raiders or the Aces or the Knights, Corona is a good place to check out.

You know, by the time you drive over to the airport, you check in, you fly there, you get off the airport, try to find an Uber.

And there's not many cons, but I do wanna bring these things up, 'cause these are things that people have mentioned in the past that have bothered them.

The number one thing I'm gonna say is the traffic.

Because of the location where Corona is, we're right on the crossroads of the 91 to 15 freeway.

a bit especially during rush hour if you want to avoid a lot of traffic

if you don't want to be somewhere with a ton of

cars during rush hour on the weekends corona might not be

a good place for you i would definitely check out some other different areas

that are close to corona that have really good things just like corona

but there might be a little bit further out that don't have

So if you're looking for a place where it's affordable, if you're just starting out, Corona might not be a good place to check out.

But you're looking at between anywhere from like 700 to about $850 ,000 on average for a decent size home in Corona.

That's kind of out of your price range and definitely don't look into Corona

If you're looking for a townhouse or a townhome, a newer one, you can find one between, you know, around six to 700 ,000, maybe a little bit less than that,

And my last con for Corona, California, and like I said, there's not many cons for Corona, is that if you're looking for a new build,
