Hey everyone, so today we are doing something very powerful and honestly one of my favourite techniques to improve English.

If you ever feel like I understand English but I can't speak fluently, then this is exactly what you need.

Today's practice is called shadowing.

Now what does that mean?

Shadowing means you speak along with me like a shadow, but if that feels fast or difficult, no problem at all.

You can simply repeat after me.

The goal is not just to say the words, the goal is to sound like me.

My tone, my pauses, my expressions, everything.

So here is how we'll do it.

First just relax, don't overthink, you listen to me carefully, then either speak along or repeat after me.

And one important thing, don't try to be perfect, seriously.

Even if you make mistakes, it's fine.

That's how you improve.

on how I pause, how I stress certain words, how my voice goes up and down because that's what makes your English sound natural.
