1
Etsy sellers, welcome back to my channel and welcome to the $10,000 a month Etsy store blueprint.
2
If you want to know how to make $10,000 a month,
3
I am going to walk you step by step through everything from what this looks like, how to build a store,
4
exactly what niche you should be in, and for the very first time I'm actually going to give some love to print on demand.
5
You guys know I give print on demand such a hard time, such a beating.
6
I'm always down on it.
7
So this is three of the four stores that can make you $10,000 a month, a POD.
8
So really you need to watch this whole video.
9
This is going to be very friendly for so many of you looking to build and grow a successful Etsy store.
10
Three of them are POD.
11
So let's first of all break down what is going to happen with this store.
12
What do the sales look like? $10,000 a month revenue.
13
It's not easy, but it isn't that hard anymore either. $10,000 a month is reasonable to earn on Etsy.
14
So this is what it looks like, right?
15
If your product is about $30, and I'm going to be talking more about the product price and types of product in a minute.
16
If your product is $30, you're going to need 11 orders per day to make that 10k.
17
Really understand this.
18
Three of the niche spaces are print on demand, so they will take care of that for you.
19
But if you're going to be handmade or make stuff yourself, you've got to be able to fulfil 11 orders a day.
20
And guys, I promise you, if you do this niche and you're not making $10,000 a month from it a year after you start,
21
you should be, you really should be, there's something seriously wrong with what you've done.
22
This is a really, really solid space that I'm going to talk to you about.
23
11 orders a day, you've got to be able to do them.
24
If you're print on demand, it's easy.
25
They fulfil for you.
26
You just take care of customer service.
27
But you've got to be able to fulfil.
28
Lots of sellers can't do 11 orders a day.
29
Not when they've got to make it themselves.
30
That's what this looks like.
31
You've got to make 11 sales every day.
32
To some of you, that might sound unimaginable.
33
But once you get there and that cha-ching button's going off every day, you get used to it.
34
You can go way beyond this as well.
35
20, 30, 40 orders a day easily.
36
right?
37
Okay, so this is what you're going to need.
38
Now we're into listings.
39
This is what you need.
40
You need 100 listings, okay?
41
And whatever it is you're selling needs to be $20 to $50,
42
70% of your listings.
43
Okay?
44
That's all I ask.
45
70% of your listings need to be 20% $50
46
and you need to have a plan to build and grow to 100 listings.
47
Now, getting to 100 listings is not the be all and end all.
48
I've always said this, it's just a good process to get to.
49
You learn so much about business getting to 100 listings.
50
If you just do 20 or 30 listings, you're not going to learn half as much as if you actually commit to 100.
51
Now then, let's understand exactly the two spaces that you're going to be working in.
52
There's only two product types, okay?
53
Physical, So you're going to make the stuff. Or POD.
54
POD, this is the first time I've ever talked about print on demand positively.
55
This is probably the most POD video you're ever going to see me do.
56
And I don't recommend it with really good reason.
57
It's so, so hard.
58
But I'm today giving you the blueprint.
59
If you came to me and said, Nick, I want to do POD, how do I succeed?
60
I'm giving it away in this video.
61
Trust me, I'm giving away everything.
62
All you've got to do is act.
63
Take action and do it.
64
you can make $10,000 a month 12 months from now.
65
That's a reasonable offer from me to you, right?
66
Okay, it's physical, handmade or print on demand.
67
It's no digital.
68
Okay, this is a physical product store blueprint that I'm giving you.
69
No digital in this.
70
Those are the two options.
71
Next, let's have a look.
72
Okay, this is the killer.
73
This is the bit you've been waiting for, right?
74
The niche is family and it's the connected family.
75
It is the connected family.
76
Okay, so in your products, and I'm going to give you the four niche spaces.
77
I am literally spelling all this out for you.
78
Literally, if you came to me and had a consultation with me, this is what I would do if you said, Nick, I have to do POD or I have to make $10,000 a month.
79
Everybody asks me for $10,000 a month.
80
Everyone.
81
This is what they want to earn, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 a month.
82
I deal with this all the time.
83
It's the connected family.
84
Let me explain what this means.
85
In your products that you sell to your customers, three of the stores are POD, one of them is handmade.
86
You are going to connect the family members together in the products.
87
So, we are talking names, we are talking dates, we are talking faces, we are talking handprints.
88
It is the connected family.
89
If there is one thing on Etsy that sells like absolute hotcakes, it is connected family products.
90
I'm talking 20, 30, 50, 70, 100 and more sales per day are easily, easily doable.
91
This is one of the most popular spaces you can be in.
92
You know, don't take my word for it.
93
Go and look at them.
94
Go and look at family gift products.
95
Go and look at family jewellery.
96
Go and look at family products that are available on Etsy.
97
You're going to see stores with boatloads of sales.
98
I mean boatloads, right?
99
Huge niche and so many people are looking to buy this stuff.
100
So many, especially leading into Christmas.
101
It is a goldmine for Christmas.
102
The connected family bringing the members together in names, dates and visual imagery.
103
So now you want the stores, I'm literally giving you everything.
104
All you've got to do is take this video, save it, favourite it and do it.
105
And 12 months later, come back into the comments, maybe 1% of you will do this and let me know how it went.
106
Okay.
107
The four store types.
108
Okay.
109
So the first one is jewellery, personalised names and dates.
110
Okay, so this is handmade.
111
You can't do this decently with print on demand.
112
It's unlikely to work.
113
They just don't have the flexibility yet.
114
This is handmade.
115
If you want to make jewellery, you're looking to bring names, dates, words together in jewellery.
116
So for example, a necklace might have four charms on it with a mum, dad, son, daughter name.
117
I'm just taking a typical four-member family.
118
You bring the families together, you connect them, or you might have a special location.
119
right you might have the latitude
120
and longitude the most important thing is you're bringing people together
121
connecting them jewelry like this sells like hotcakes it really really does
122
but you've got to have a skill with jewelry
123
and only some of you will have that now then here's probably the stuff
124
that most of you want to know print on demand
125
so what are the spaces you can bring the connected family into that work so the first one really really important Tumblers.
126
Okay, this is POD.
127
So, connected family, one.
128
Number two, tumblers.
129
And you can do this in so many different ways, right?
130
You can do faces, you can do hands, you can do names and dates, you can do locations, you can mix and match this.
131
You've got to get creative with this.
132
This is the key.
133
Connected family.
134
I've given you what you need.
135
You've got to be able to interpret that in your design and bring value to the customers.
136
You bring value, do something different.
137
It's not that hard.
138
There's so many ways to spin this and you can start making sales fairly quickly once you open and build the store.
139
Number two, POD tumblers.
140
Number three, let me just have a look at my list.
141
There's so much in my head going on here.
142
Again, another POD, clothing.
143
Okay, but you've got to be smart.
144
Don't be boring.
145
Don't be the same as everyone else, right?
146
If you're going to offer clothing, t-shirts, hoodies, things like that.
147
You've really got to think how, what can I do here?
148
Connected family.
149
I know what's needed.
150
Imagery, quotes, names, dates.
151
How do I bring that into a set of products that make sense?
152
So you can do a mum, a dad, the kids.
153
Bring it together.
154
Make it fun the connected family what would they all wear
155
when would they all wear it maybe they're going on vacation
156
maybe it's an anniversary christmas is the easiest easiest one to do for this
157
because you get so many cues for christmas father christmas funny quotes snow santa the sleigh reindeer you
158
connect the family to your clothing.
159
I'm really giving this to you, you've just got to do it.
160
Right?
161
Okay, number four.
162
And again, I tell people to avoid this like the plague,
163
but when you're talking about the connected family, wall art.
164
Okay?
165
Think.
166
Think.
167
I'll ask you, right now, what would you put?
168
Wall art, the connected family,
169
what would your design be what would you do right history
170
bring the history of the family into the art the connected
171
family matters history matters where they've been what they've done what
172
the experiences were they want they're going to put this on their wall
173
so that they can all look at it and remember
174
that they're connected to show
175
that they're connected to other people they're proud of this okay
176
take what i've said here these are the elements i'm literally
177
apart from designing the art for you this is the best that i can do do.
178
Bring meaning to the history of the family.
179
And this is your ticket.
180
Minimum $10,000 a month.
181
This is really not that difficult.
182
So is this making sense now?
183
I hope this is and I hope you're getting value.
184
Please subscribe to my channel.
185
58% of you who watch my content don't subscribe.
186
If I'm giving you value, let me know if you're going to do this in the comments and just subscribe.
187
That's all I ask.
188
Okay, so a couple of rules to ensure you make $10,000 a month.
189
Okay, a couple of things.
190
The first one, one listing per day.
191
Okay, one listing per day to get to 100 listings.
192
It should take you 100 days.
193
Can you just please do that.
194
One listing per day.
195
That will set you up nicely for Christmas if you start this now, or you've just opened and you want to do this, right?
196
The next thing, no ads.
197
Okay, this is going to work.
198
You're going to make sales.
199
You don't want ads.
200
You want to sell organically.
201
So you build organic trust and organic visibility inside Etsy.
202
Absolutely critical.
203
Don't put ads on because the ads algorithm and the organic algorithm, they're separate.
204
You don't want to get hooked up to the ads algorithm.
205
Just be clean and simple.
206
No Etsy ads, nothing.
207
Organic growth.
208
It's enough.
209
You should be.
210
If you're doing this right, everything I've shown you here, You should have made your first sales somewhere between 30 and 70 listings.
211
You should have multiple sales by the time you get to 100.
212
7, 8, 10, 12, 15 or more.
213
This is such a strong niche space to be in.
214
I can't stress this enough.
215
This really is the blueprint to $10,000 a month.
216
Okay, and final one.
217
And I know some of you have heard this before, a lot of you.
218
please don't mess it all up with social media.
219
Social media blackout.
220
No social media.
221
You do not need social media to make $10,000 a month on Etsy.
222
No chance.
223
Don't waste your time.
224
The gold is here.
225
This takes your time.
226
Are you going to do this?
227
This is a real $10,000 a month blueprint for an Etsy store.
228
Literally, I've just given it to you.
229
You just go and do it.
230
Let me know in the comments if you're going to do this and make a commitment,
231
make a commitment to get back to my comments when you reach 100 listings.
232
Okay?
233
And if you haven't, if you're not making sales, I'll help you.
234
And if you want my help, now's the time.
235
I'm running my seven-day free trial to the academy.
236
The Book In Now button for that is coming up on your screen.
237
Takes you to a page where you can book in for
238
my Etsy academy private group learning to help you succeed on Etsy.
239
Why wouldn't you do that with me?
240
I'm helping so many people.
