Addressing the ceremony, Prime Minister Le Minh Heung stressed the urgent need to transform the country's growth model,

identifying science, technology, innovation and digital transformation as strategic breakthroughs and vital drivers for national development.

and Conclusion 18 of the Party Central Committee would provide strong momentum toward achieving double-digit economic growth in the coming years.
