You can review it from the following aspects 1.Completeness of Steps: Does it cover all steps from D1 to D8 with nothing missing?

2.Traceability: Does the report include a document number version control responsible person, and date so it can be tracked audited, and reviewed later?

When dealing with customers does it avoid unnecessary technical jargon?

4.Clear Problem Statement: In D2 is the problem described specifically and quantitatively (eg , yield, ppm, number of defective parts), with concrete examples instead of vague words like “sometimes” or “often”?
