Such a good question.

Well, I'm not a psychologist,

but based on your expressions,

I can feel that you're in a good mood today.

And since this is an amazing company to work for,

actually when I entered the facility,

there was a sign saying,

What does that mean?

So that means that you want the best candidates ever.

So you don't want to hire somebody who's not going to be willing to work,

who's going to be responsible,

etc. I'm a good candidate,

I'm a responsible person, I can do my best to demonstrate how capable I am,

and I can add value to this company,

and I can work hard every single day in order to provide the best customer service ever.

So if you hire me,

I'm going to show you and the whole company

that I'm a good asset for this company to demonstrate to the customers who you guys hired.

Okay, that's a good question question okay I like using a

useful expression for this I'm a 4wd type of worker meaning

that I'm willing to face the music I will be your support

if you want me to burn the midnight oil I will be there

if you want me to work at Christmas or any holiday I will be there

if you give me a lion I will be your Daniel you bring the Joker I will be the Batman

if you want me to burn the candles at both ends I will be there I will face the music

and I will be able to do things

that only few people are willing to do if you give me the opportunity I will be there for you.

That's the reason why you should hire me.

Because I won't leave things unattended I will get the job done

if you want me to work different shifts I will do

it I will deal with any tough customer mammal amphibian elephant

whatever you want me to deal with I will be able to put

because I'm the type of person who is a 4WD type of work.

I like learning a little bit of this and a little bit of that,

which makes me the right fit for almost any scenario.

So that's the reason why you should hire me.

I have to be honest,

I have a little experience,

not so much, but I think it is enough for you to take me into account.

So I worked for seven months in a customer service account where I would always review customers' banking accounts.

I was in charge of reviewing fraud cases,

so I was a fraud investigator.

That's all the experience I have.

However, I'm aware of this account being a different account,

not related to fraud identity.

and if you give me the opportunity,

I will do my best to gain even more experience because sometimes call center agents don't know a lot about customer service.

So I understand and I admit not having enough experience to resolve customers issues,

Most of them haven't been a problem to me because the harder a challenge is,

the more challenged I feel.

So when it's about achieving goals or when I have to achieve a goal I'm always there to challenge myself.

Besides I'm a very responsible person,

I'm a hard worker, I like to help other people,

I'm a kind person I'm a detail-oriented person so

when I have to deliver something

when I have to do something I always make sure to

number one hand it over on time number two review it carefully before I send it out

and number three I like to respect

and meet every single deadline well I'm an affable person meaning that I relish helping others.

I like giving the best quality possible to my customers because empathy means the word to me.

I always put myself in other people's shoes because empathy is the key word in these scenarios.

I like talking to other people.

I like helping others because customer service runs through my veins.

So that's the kind of person that you are gonna hire if you are willing to give me the opportunity.

If you ask me how do I see myself in five years,

that would be a rhetorical question.

However, I feel

that I'm an experienced person right now although I would like to have even more experience in five years

so if you hire me as a call center agent now I promise

that I do my best to grow both personally

and professionally right now I'm majoring in accounting

so in five years I'll be an accountant and I'll be promoted perhaps I'd be a manager

floor leader or I'll have any related job position.

So in five years I'll be able to talk to anybody in this company

and encourage the new call center agents

and tell them how I was able to grow and how I was able to build a career in this company.

Where do I see myself in five years?

Well, I see myself in five years being a manager,

at least a supervisor.
