Well, hello guys, good afternoon.

I thought it was time that we did a little bit of a walking tour.

I know you guys like this, don't worry, I will do Hampstead soon, I get requested that one a lot.

but I'm here in the stunning Mayfair in central London.

And I thought, let's have a look down some of the streets, show you the beautiful architecture, some of the cute cafes and some of the very, very fancy stores.

So yes, sit back, relax and yeah, come for a walk with me.

I'm gonna try not to have my sunglasses on the whole time.

But guys, it's like 27 degrees today.

I don't know what that is in Fahrenheit.

It's warm for us Brits.

So yes, got my sunnies and got a summer dress on.

And Oxford Street is looking pretty nice, I'm sad they have removed all the bunting the banners we had a lot for the coronation

but um I feel like everyone's over it

and the Selfridges sale has not quite started when I film this

but I will get there very soon you know I need

to get a new handbag I've been on my wish list guys

but yes this top end by Marble Lodge is definitely my favorite

or more favorable um area to shop they have everything you need

and a huge huge prime mark down there which is honestly really good

and the one I'll put top of the court road oh

look at the architecture already I'm going to show you some real treats

but yes let's head down North Audley Street oh very nice

I literally got a line bike here saving the world one bike at a time

but yes let's head on down some of the streets

that you may have never seen before it's all of these side streets

which I love oh definitely proved well I'd say my favorite architecture in London now

that is a good way to get around I'm very good at skating um

but they have all this beautiful greenery they definitely make the effort with mayfair

that is for sure and on the slightly more bougie end of fish

and chips this place always gets recommended i've never been oh

should we have a look at the prices i know what you like um

and salty girl but yes

if you want a little bit of time off the beaten track

and we are right next to mercato mayfair which is

that crazy church i've shown you a few times converted into

like a food court oh gosh i think we might get some gasps with the price here oh yes

that is a mayfair price

fried cod or haddock i think i'm more of a cod person mushy peas tartare

and some sauce 22 pound 50 oh my gosh

and yeah it's a very fancy one what else have we got get some loaded chips for 6.50

cornish crab oh my gosh on chips that's a bit bougie isn't it

but yes it's a little bit more than i'd like to pay i don't know i always think like fish

and chips should be like a little bit i don't want to say dirty

but like out the bag and it doesn't need to be posh does it let me know Jeez, everyone is in such a hurry, but I was going to say we have got a little bunting up here.

Oh, advertising the Royal Academy, which we will probably finish the vlog at.

You see what I mean?

Look at that stunning building.

Oh, I love it.

And of course, lots of fancy restaurants around here.

But as we proceed down, I'm going to give you some facts.

Acts on my channel, who would have thought, with the Ivy Asia, which is this beautiful restaurant.

Some people love it, some people hate it, but I would definitely recommend.

But yeah, I didn't realize that Mayfair was named Mayfair

because it had these literal Mayfairs all the time

and the name stuck

and the whole area was a bit of a slum back in the day

and it wasn't until the 1800s that it was nice.

I mean look at these little restaurants, these are always recommended.

If you want to get a cup of tea and a cake off of Oxford Street, we're only a stone's throw from Selfridges.

This is the kind of place where you kind of wish your ancestors had like bought a load of land

or buildings back in the day but yeah it was the Grosvenor family, you always hear this about London, who basically acquired the land, I think it was by marriage,

they usually buy, they bought loads of the land back in the day and changed it into what it is today.

So yes, we are now in Grosvenor Park, probably the biggest bit of green that you're going to get right next to Oxford Street, aside from Hyde Park, which we will go to another day,

but it is a stunning day and I feel like I'm melting already, but it's all good.

I'm actually going for lunch after this.

So yeah, nice to get some steps in.

I went for a run this morning, guys.

I'm trying to get my like tolerance up of being able

to run for I'm not gonna tell you how long for a little

while in the morning and still do my day and not fall asleep by like 4 p.m

but yes light breeze I love it okay I could stay in here all day

but let's head on down the street I always get asked for recommendations on hotels

but because I don't stay in hotels in London but I know

that the Biltmore it's kind of fancy is a good one

my friends have stayed there a few times let's head on

down here also would highly recommend the Santander bikes they are great they're very very heavy

but the line bikes are probably my favorite I know the

line bikes are like in loads of different places around the world

but always always buy the minutes in advance you buy like an hour's worth of minutes

and it's I think I worked out it was a third of the price as pay as you go so

definitely do that yeah they have got those banners everywhere are in Mayfair hashtag are a summer

and along this street South Audley Street highly recommend

if you're coming for a mooch we've got some lovely restaurants

and some very posh shops you know places like this oh

my gosh look at these bathrooms could you imagine having a chandelier like

that but 34 Mayfair or Mayfair 34 I don't know

which way around you say it I went to at Christmas I will link

that one below but would really recommend I think it's quite reasonably priced for a restaurant in Mayfair

but as I pan around oh I'm so happy it's sunny look at

that and in the background there is the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane

but this is what I love look at this the little sign

that has the address it kind of reminds me of New York in a way

but that is stunning and even on this building oh I love the red brick

so much look at all the detail on these pillars there are

so many back streets I'm gonna try

and do a line bike with a GoPro I just did order a second GoPro
