But I didn't go into detail basically this past year was really really difficult for me mentally physically Emotionally, I was dealing with a lot of health issues.

So basically I was dealing with chronic fatigue

So I would literally wake up exhausted even after getting like

nine hours of sleep My hair was starting to fall out

so much acne all over my face extremely bloated all the time like super uncomfortable bloating Even

when I wouldn't eat anything and then finally I got my blood tested

and I was diagnosed with PCOS And then I was hit with hives

So I was getting hives all over my body and basically

that was my life for the past six months

And I just started feeling better a month ago and when you're not physically healthy Mentally, I just struggled.

I was in such a bad place

and I was in such a big slump and my skin I was so insecure about it.
