Step one is skin prep We want to look healthy and radiant today, so I'm using a hydrating SPF with hyaluronic acid in it Make sure to apply two fingers' worth I'm next prepping my lips with my current favorite lip balm, the Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Acid Lip Gloss Balm Next, I'm using a sheer foundation mixed with concealer to conceal any areas of unevenness Mixing the concealer with foundation thins out the concealer, so it gives you a more natural coverage Then, I'm going to apply the rest of the foundation everywhere else for a seamless, natural finish We're not going to set the face with loose powder until the very end I've realized with dewy base makeup, a lot of the formulas take a while to set, so you should wait until it dries a little bit before setting Otherwise, it can get patchy Heavy contour can look too bold when combined with light makeup, so I'm going to contour very little today Since we haven't set the makeup, we want to use only cream products I'm using a cool-toned cream bronzer to contour the nose, and also around the lips for a fuller lip effect Next, I'm applying the Peripera Ink the Velvet Lip Tint in "#17 Rosy Nude" to the back of my hand and blending it out before applying it to my face as cream blush I like doing this with more pigmented cream blushes to sheer out the pigment You can apply it anywhere else you like, but I like applying it all over my cheeks, right underneath my eyes so it doesn't look so artificially bright, on my nose and nose bridge, and right above my lips I'll also be using this on my lips later, so using one shade across the entire face makes everything look more seamless and natural We aren't going to be using eyeshadow today, but I wanted to create a bit of shadow to make the eyes look bigger and more elongated, so for this, I'm using the Peripera Rosy Nude Lip Liner just underneath the eyes It's a nude pink shade which matches the blush and the waterline, so it ends up looking even more natural than brown eyeliner Let's take that same Peripera lip liner and contour the lips to get fuller looking lips next You want to use a lip liner that matches the lip color you're planning to use so the colors don't clash This Peripera Rosy Nude lip liner complements the Peripera lip tint I'm going to use next perfectly, and it's very creamy, so I can easily blend out any harsh lines Moving on to the lip color, we are of course doing nude lips I love nude lips They're timeless and perfect for natural everyday makeup, but it can be hard to find your perfect nude Some of them can make you look washed out, and some of them can be too unnatural for your skin tone You want to find the perfect balance between these two, and one nude lip color I've found to be flattering on almost everybody is the Peripera Ink the Velvet Lip Tint in "#17 Rosy Nude" They tested different versions of this for over a year before they released this universally flattering pinky nude shade, which has become my personal go-to lip color and an Amazon bestseller selling 15 bottles per minute My favorite thing about this lip tint is its velvety texture that doesn't settle into lip lines Most matte liquid lipsticks apply wet and dry down, but that causes them to settle into lines and get patchy when blended out, which is really unflattering on me, as someone with chronically dry lips I love how creamy Peripera's formula is and how it gives you that soft blurred lip look To get the most natural and long-lasting application out of this lip tint, I'm going to use it as a lip stain today So apply it all over the lips, let it sit for 30 seconds, and then wipe off the excess product You can then reapply the lip tint anywhere you want it to be more pigmented, but look at how natural this lip shade is I noticed a lot of "no makeup" makeup looks use gloss for a wet lip look, so I'm applying Peripera's Ink Glasting Lip Gloss in "01 Clear" on top And this is my perfect "my lips but better" nude lip shade!
