We included patients with recurrent ischemia and stenosis of 70 % to 99 % on best medical management.

Primary outcome was 30 -day composite of stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and death.

Further, large -scale prospective studies are warranted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Resoluonix for the treatment of symptomatic intracranial atherosclerosis.
