Everybody wants a complete makeup kit, but few people who actually get the kit know how to use it.
2
So in today's video, we are going to be using the makeup kit
3
that I built for my sister on her face
4
and show her how to do her makeup so
5
that she doesn't have to come knocking on my door every time she's going to an event
6
and she needs her makeup done.
7
It's a gift for her, I promise, but it is actually going to benefit me in the long run.
8
So if you want to see me teach my firstborn how to do her makeup, that way she doesn't have to come to me every time she needs it,
9
then keep on watching promise this would be a good tutorial for you but i hope it's entertaining anyways
10
Let's jump into it.
11
You look so cute If you are new to my channel, my name is Ahima.
12
Welcome if you are a return and subscriber.
13
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy you
14
So today I'm gonna show her on her own face how to achieve a full face of makeup
15
so that she can also do it herself.
16
So that she doesn't have to come ask me to do her makeup anytime she's going somewhere.
17
I'm actually going to demo on half of her face.
18
And she's going to try to replicate or copy the same techniques
19
and steps on herself on her other side of her face.
20
So let's invite my firstborn.
21
Hey now let me talk. Which one?
22
Which one should I bring?
23
We need all of them.
24
All of them.
25
No, you have to tell me.
26
You can't put it in the bag because when we need it, we have to be able to find it and take it out.
27
We don't need a nose.
28
we don't need the nails and the face thing my first born hi guys
29
hi my name is lydia so we're gonna start
30
because she's not gonna talk hi my voice is your voice is fine okay
31
so first she's going to wipe her face with this very
32
gorgeous face wipe from walmart don't think my face is
33
that you want me to put foundation on moisturizer
34
so the one thing
35
that she told me she had an issue with she didn't like how oily her makeup got
36
so i got her please don't I will put, she's gonna use the Denisa Myrick's Universal Blurring Balm.
37
I really got one.
38
okay that's it just blend that in first
39
and see turn the back i like using the the rounded side
40
that way it doesn't get stuck in it did you blend some on your nose
41
and under your eyes you too won't they do it yes they will okay um
42
so her face is primed
43
and how does it feel it feels like it's powder there's
44
a few you feel it we're gonna do what i like to do
45
which is put um skin tone concealer on my under eyes okay i put the skin tone concealer here
46
so you put on the other side just a little
47
in profession i like to put some on my nose just a little bit
48
and then you blend it in we're just doing like a very skin like look okay
49
if you're learning something if you do it in kakakakara it's easier for you to remember
50
but if you do too much of it all at once
51
and you don't recognize yourself now you're like because that's what people do
52
when when you're doing your makeup that's what you do But it looks good.
53
What do you think?
54
She's taking notes, honey.
55
She's taking notes.
56
Okay.
57
Next up, she's going to use foundation.
58
We had to try to match her to two foundations today.
59
And this is the one that looks very much like her skin tone.
60
And she likes the hydrating of the foundations.
61
What I like to do is a pump on the back of your hand
62
and then use your finger and put dots of it all over your face.
63
Dot, dot, dot.
64
Dots on your face.
65
Don't put it under your eyes though.
66
You want to avoid under your eyes because then your concealer will go back to looking dark, right?
67
So we don't want that.
68
Remember when we went to cross out, we did concealer only makeup and you just put concealer on your under eyes and it looked good.
69
Now imagine you did that, it looks good and you covered it with foundation.
70
Make sure you put it on the side of your face.
71
Okay, so the outer parts of her face is darker than the middle part. But...
72
Her overall skin tone is still pretty light compared to mine.
73
So we picked a foundation that has a bit of a red tone so that it can help her cover.
74
too small for me that's why but I just want you to blend in first before we go in with the
75
the sponge because
76
if you do this you get more coverage right the sponge will take away some of the foundation
77
so do you do the other side it's one pump just blend it in
78
because you still you want you want it to cover
79
and help you neutralize the the hyperpigmentation on the sides of your face
80
if you put only a little bit it's gonna peek through
81
you still think it's too much has it evened out your
82
skin tone is this what you want from makeup yeah
83
so it's not too much yeah that's enough that's enough
84
that is enough and you're going to do this this will help you
85
Like remember where you're patting and pat over every section that needs to be.
86
Your skin looks very, very nice.
87
Your skin looks very even and like beautiful.
88
You can do this far by yourself, right?
89
You're not going to call me and say, please help me with now.
90
We're going to take the skin tone concealer, right?
91
The one that we used the first time.
92
You're going to put...
93
We'll do three lines for you because I feel like you're a beginner if we do more than three.
94
I knew there was someone there.
95
Oh, wait, you're supposed to do this yourself.
96
You did three?
97
Mm -hmm.
98
Okay.
99
Let's put some on your forehead, down your nose, on your lip and on your...
100
Hey, I didn't get some.
101
And then you're gonna blend it under the eye.
102
Yeah.
103
Don't squeeze it like that.
104
Just hold it like this and let the...
105
Bring it to your hairline.
106
Are you touching your skin with this thing?
107
I feel like you're not touching your skin.
108
Are you afraid?
109
Look at it to see if you like it.
110
It looks very natural.
111
The second concealer is going to make it look better.
112
Okay, blend the other one.
113
You have to move a little quicker because I don't know how quickly this concealer is going to set.
114
It looks good.
115
I like it.
116
and then here you blend all the concealer wherever it does
117
that you put it in however whatever order you want to blend it in
118
but don't push because
119
if you push this whole thing in like this you push it like this it's gonna be big
120
so it's sideways right so you can keep it where you're keeping it sideways like this
121
if you do this
122
if you only want to put it on just this part now it's on this part you can
123
Don't blend too far up.
124
The whole point of the concealer is to stay on this part of your face.
125
It doesn't go all the way up to your forehead.
126
Look, let me see.
127
So if you put the concealer the way up to your forehead, now your forehead is bigger.
128
Which I guess if that's what you want, but you should keep it not past like this.
129
like this right the way i see it like from brow to brow make a circle
130
and keep the concealer in there have you been blending your
131
concealer the way up to your brows everything is blended in
132
if you want it to be very light you can do
133
that but just for our purposes we're only going to put this much yeah just in the middle
134
and when you blend it in it's really not even
135
that much brighter if you want it to be brighter you can add an even brighter concealer
136
but this one because of it's brighter we're only going to keep it on the under eye right
137
and this is the one where if you want
138
if you want and then blend all the other ones
139
which we can cover this up again
140
so it's not a problem yes exactly get literal pet
141
if you get obi if you use your front your brush to blend your concealer your foundation and when you're done
142
William Romeo.
143
You can blend around the concealer.
144
Couldn't it blend into?
145
skin, right?
146
So then the edges of it can be neutralized a little bit.
147
So do that on the other side.
148
So that makes everything look like it all belongs together.
149
Now we're doing setting powder.
150
This is what I like to do.
151
Use Side of no can blend no concealer, right?
152
The other side of it.
153
You go into your powder, you tap off the excess and then tap off the excess
154
and then you do this on the back of your hand to get off as much as you can.
155
and then look at the center.
156
Oh, to the other side.
157
Yes, like you're blending in your concealer.
158
Anywhere you put the concealer on your mouth can follow your jaw.
159
Forehead, nose, no forehead
160
and the top of your lip this is where you can also drag it out right
161
because if you're blending okay
162
if you need more you don't go back in there go
163
to your back with the back of your hand you were saying
164
that you wanted to drag it out of it
165
so make sure you're blending up if you don't like it you can always cover it with toner right bronzer but
166
this is a translucent powder
167
so before i put it on you i will try it on myself this is a sephora collection okay
168
so when you're going to use it you take your brush this specific brush
169
The big one you're gonna go in
170
and put it in here like this right
171
that way you're padding off the excess and then look you just coat it and
172
and do this you're gonna set everywhere else that's not hit
173
it anywhere you didn't put any of the setting powder this
174
setting powder you have another pen this one is not working
175
yeah oh jesus take from here put in here coat to make it like dry because my face is oily
176
pat and then turn your face look in your mirror
177
and you put it on but don't put too much
178
because it's translucent but it'll make you look ashy if you put too much that's why after you do it you
179
We had a pen technical difficulty.
180
It's been fixed and now she is back to setting her foundation.
181
You just have to top everything.
182
You're only supposed to do the other side that I haven't done.
183
Oh.
184
Okay, so now with a little bit of powder on the puff again, you're going to look up
185
and just press this powder in this is called bacon okay
186
we'll be on the side just whatever is on still the under eye yeah the under eye
187
and a little bit on the forehead i got her a bronzer
188
because i feel like a contour will be too intimidating right
189
i think people just need to start from somewhere before they end somewhere else
190
so we're going with the bronzer this is the house labs i can't find a good contour for her
191
because i think she's like me she needs that deep goodness you know so we're
192
trying to find a contour shade sissy use this shade first and then
193
if you need it to be deeper use this shade right there's only two deep shades in here this one
194
and this one you do how about i do it first
195
and then you see what what are you what it looks like it's not
196
that hard juvius place it's not from here to here your
197
brush can be the top of your ear see this hole
198
right here you have it you just go like this
199
and that's where you put your contour in that hole and you put it It's showing, I can see it.
200
Yeah, so this one, it's not too deep.
201
That's why I didn't want to give you something that was too dark.
202
Because if it's too dark, it makes it not look okay.
203
Especially you, you'd be like, I don't like this.
204
Turn your head.
205
You see?
206
So just a little bit.
207
- Okay, okay.
208
- Right?
209
And then you put it on your forehead too, because if you put foundation or something that doesn't look okay, you just put it on the forehead and it makes it look chiseled.
210
- Color pure, yeah, yeah.
211
- How do you make up Ramuga to wipe it off?
212
- Really?
213
Yeah, okay, so.. and then right here, your jawbone, right?
214
Right here.
215
Like this.
216
So it's supposed to be 3.
217
One.
218
Thank you two, three, Right?
219
So they give you this, it gives you this, and it gives you this.
220
I have to get her a contour palette, like an actual...
221
I have an Omolewa contour palette somewhere.
222
Go here like this.
223
Yeah, like the line.
224
You see where the line is?
225
The hollow of the cheek.
226
Yes, right there.
227
So you start from the ear down.
228
There you go.
229
But don't bring it too low.
230
It has to sit up on the side of your cheek.
231
Right?
232
Cool.
233
If you bring it too low, then it makes your face look...
234
Like it's for - yeah, I see it.
235
- You see it?
236
- Yeah.
237
I have an Omolua contour palette.
238
It's somewhere over there.
239
I put it in one of the giveaway stuff that I have to find and give away. Can I see you?
240
What do you think?
241
You see, it makes it look a bit more...
242
like your skin tone, right?
243
So you don't need a lot of it.
244
You really don't need a lot and then it's still gonna look okay.
245
Yeah?
246
- Perfect.
247
Plus, you were trying to skip it anyway, so if I give you something that's too...
248
Um, too darko.
249
It's gonna scare you away, right?
250
But, just for fun of - turn your head.
251
just a little bit now it's deeper so if you want it to be deeper just
252
tap into this one like this, right?
253
And then do that.
254
But you really don't need it because it looks fine with the shader.
255
Like I already knew that it was going to be too deep.
256
Now you're going to take your eyeshadow brush.
257
You're going to find a fluffy eyeshadow brush.
258
And then you'll take the same shader.
259
So when you tap into it and you coat your brush just...
260
So that excess is going to come off.
261
You're going to put it from here down the side of your nose, right?
262
Like a nose contour.
263
Just goes down, right?
264
Mmm.
265
Right?
266
So blend it in.
267
Light touches.
268
You can always go back and intensify it.
269
But if you put too much, you can't clean it off.
270
Thank you.
271
Yay!
272
In the middle, towards the middle part. So...
273
It's too much.
274
Maya, so you probably pushed it in too much.
275
Come on, I've kept it moving up.
276
Just like this, not like this.
277
To do this, you're picking up too much, right?
278
It's okay, we can blend it out.
279
Here's the thing, if you think you put too much, just take on a clean paper towel, brush it off, right?
280
So the brush is clean again.
281
and just blend it in.
282
Oh, okay.
283
Yeah, so first you lay down the line because you want to see it and then you can blend it out.
284
But if it's still too much for you, then guess what?
285
You take this and you do this and it has fixed it and now you can start over again.
286
Um.. yeah
287
but it makes it it makes it lower make sure you're
288
getting as close to the middle part of your nose as possible chaotic i know
289
but we're getting somewhere okay we are going to do blush
290
before we do your brows okay we're using the prada touch blushes this is not the one
291
that i have this is the shade cafe
292
or coffee okay we're taking the morphe m200 blush brush right
293
we're gonna go in this one is like a cream to powder
294
so if you pop it off it's not gonna do anything look in your the highest part of your cheekbone, right?
295
Like this.
296
just pat it in and you have to pat it into the bronzer contour situation
297
that we did so that the contour doesn't look alone right it's not okay
298
when you're not gonna blend it it transition
299
and obviously you can intensify the blush as much as you want you can always go back and intensify it
300
This is not powder, so you can-- You can dig in there.
301
The highest point.
302
There you go.
303
Yeah, I missed that reaction.
304
Thank you.
305
Now I can put on blush.
306
First I used to smile.
307
Yeah, because I tell you to smile.
308
Yeah, I know.
309
I've seen you do it.
310
It has to be here.
311
No, it has to.
312
Because you see how now it makes your face look lifted, right?
313
Now, brows.
314
I know you keep telling me that is yours.
315
You have to look in the mirror though.
316
Always brush up the brow hairs, right?
317
Because you did this, you have a natural brow line, right?
318
I like to draw the line.
319
towards the middle.
320
I know it doesn't make any sense but if I draw in the middle, I can draw this one to meet it so I know where my arch is going, right?
321
I just follow the natural line and I stop where your natural brows stop.
322
Oh no, I fill in.
323
I'm just following your nitro brow.
324
Thank you.
325
That's your natural brow.
326
We're not greeting anything else.
327
And then we just fill it in.
328
You do it so easy, Jesus Christ.
329
Yeah, because you're overthinking it.
330
No, I don't have to pay for it.
331
No. Brush up your brow hairs.
332
Thank you.
333
I'll hold a pencil like you're drawing something that you can Yes, and then anchor money, you can have a phone number.
334
Thank you.
335
You can do this.
336
Everybody had to learn.
337
I had to learn.
338
Crystal had to learn.
339
You have been to learn.
340
First of all, I draw the middle line to meet You see, I drew this line over here.
341
So draw your line in the front to meet this one.
342
Like, try to get them on the same line.
343
Perfect.
344
Now you know if you keep going it's going to meet it, so make it a little bit more intense.
345
Okay, and then follow that line going up.
346
More pace this year.
347
Give me it again.
348
No, do it again because I just...
349
Cut the hair so you may have messed it up.
350
No, it's cool.
351
Okay, now do the top part.
352
Yeah, do the tail first.
353
You can just do the tail first.
354
There you go.
355
Something like that.
356
there you go okay and then the frontal I feel you're going up like hair strokes.
357
What do you think?
358
You like your bra?
359
You like the brow you made?
360
Mm -hmm.
361
Cool.
362
This is called the L 'Oreal Full Brow.
363
I know you have a brow pencil at home, right?
364
But I gave you this brow pencil.
365
It does this.
366
If you push it down hard, the lines are thick.
367
It's gonna look crazy.
368
Because I know that light, light, light, light, light.
369
Okay, so my wife is not going to be in the front.
370
In the front, I can't see.
371
But in the front, I can't see.
372
Right?
373
So light touches like this.
374
Right?
375
So light touches like this.
376
Right?
377
So light touches like this.
378
Right?
379
So light touches like this.
380
Right?
381
So light touches like this.
382
Right?
383
So light touches like this.
384
Right?
385
So light touches like this.
386
Right?
387
So light touches like this.
388
Right?
389
So light touches like this.
390
Right?
391
So light touches like this.
392
Right?
393
So light touches like this.
394
Right?
395
So light touches like this.
396
Right?
397
So light touches like this.
398
Right?
399
So light touches like this.
400
Right?
401
So light touches like this.
402
Right?
403
So light touches like this.
404
Right?
405
So light touches like this.
406
Right?
407
So light touches like this.
408
Right?
409
So light touches like this.
410
Right?
411
So light touches like this.
412
Right?
413
So light touches like this.
414
Right?
415
So light touches like this.
416
Right?
417
So light touches Ohhhh Light, don't push down too hard.
418
you take your...
419
once you do the brow the eyeshadow is easy.
420
Where is your skin tone concealer?
421
When you're doing your brows you have to anchor your hand.
422
It's the only way.
423
And when you're doing your eyeliner you have to anchor your hand.
424
You're going to use your deep neutral right?
425
For the front part of your brow.
426
You go right underneath your.. you don't put too much either.
427
right?
428
and then you blend it down to your eyes.
429
I know you're in the process of doing your eyeshadow, put it on it.
430
Make sure when you're blending in like I'm doing right now.
431
And I always like doing the brows after I do my foundation because it's easier to clean it up and directly under.
432
If you can't see it, that means you need more concealer and that also becomes a problem because that's not enough.
433
I'm doing my thumbnail.
434
You see how it looks streaky or patchy?
435
The goal is to make that look blended.
436
But you also need an eyeshadow primer.
437
So I gave you this one because it is almost like a concealer shade, right?
438
So you don't need to put anything else on your.. you don't put.. you don't put concealer on your eyes, so you don't want to see it.
439
So you go in here.
440
We're going with a Morphe Solo Artist, right?
441
And then, I mean, don't close your eyes, but can you see?
442
It's an eyeshadow primer.
443
It's an eyeshadow, right?
444
But it's also an eyeshadow primer.
445
conceal your eyes.
446
So it's like a skin tone eyeshadow in my opinion.
447
Because once it dries down, it's blendable like an eyeshadow.
448
Right?
449
But it's drying down so if I buy a new one I'll buy you a different shade.
450
This is eyeshadow so you like
451
when you do this you can put another powder eyeshadow on top but this itself is an eyeshadow.
452
So do your other eye.
453
It's dry down so you have to like circle it in like that or drying down.
454
I don't know why it's drying down.
455
I closed it well.
456
The right products just make everything easier and it works.
457
So after this you can put whatever eyeshadow you want on it.
458
You don't need to do like specific, you know, oh my God, like we're doing an eyeshadow tutorial.
459
No. Well, we're not.
460
We have the brow gel because you have a lot of brows.
461
She has a lot of brows.
462
You can take your brow gel and you're not going to push hard.
463
You're just going to run it through so that the brow hairs can
464
because you don't have any hairs on here see how it's it's not doing anything
465
but because you have brow hairs here
466
if i do this you see how it's catching the brow hairs you're just gonna brush it through
467
so that the brow hair is gonna catch it
468
and it helps them stay up
469
so you're just gonna brush your brow hairs however you want
470
and they'll stay exactly where you want them to stay yeah
471
it's gonna turn brown at some point you can't even sleep because someone's over there going you see
472
I also gave you a brow kit in the thing so if you need to trim or pluck a brow, you can put some of this.
473
But I was actually gonna have you put some of this in your foundation so your face can glow, but she doesn't really like a glowy face so...
474
Okay, so when you put this on...
475
You blend it on your hand, right?
476
Then you put it on top.
477
Bye.
478
the Why did you do that?
479
Why did you do that?
480
It's good that you can't see but it gives your face like a highlight look without... so here.
481
I gave you two setting sprays.
482
okay so now you're going to set your why are you closing your eyes okay close your eyes I did take it.
483
And then you go with your finishing spray.
484
Pssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss I guess let's do it.
485
Y 'all want to waste it.
486
So tomorrow you're not going to come and talk to me about makeup, right?
487
Your skin looks very nice.
488
I like what it looks like.
489
I'm waking up at 5 o 'clock and I'm sitting here.
490
To do what?
491
To do my makeup.
492
It's very late.
493

494

495

496
