Thank you.
11
makes sense oh yeah so when i was younger i used to be really into music
12
so i'd play a lot of guitar and keyboard
13
but now with a bit of reduced time i find i can't learn as well
14
so instead i play it just casually
15
and i find sports just a bit easier to manage
16
so that's why i've changed karate
17
but um yeah i mean i used to read a lot in my spare time as well
18
but now i got a phone um it's a lot easier to waste your time
19
and not read as much but yes yeah but apart from
20
that no not really i never really did too much
21
but yeah all right that's about it thanks very much do
22
you think your hobbies have changed since you're younger at all me no yeah yeah i like to be outside
23
and yourself i think they've expanded
24
so the opportunities have increased especially the more you travel
25
so living here in cambridge is different than living in louisville kentucky so So obviously with more access,
26
more things to do, different kinds of people and exposure and venues, absolutely.
27
Yes, I would say they have changed because obviously since I'm working I have more money to spend on my hobbies.
28
So do you think your hobbies have changed a bit since you were younger?
29
I mean you probably weren't drinking when you were too young.
30
Yeah, definitely.
31
There's obviously a big change because when you're young it's all about imagination and things.
32
I think a lot of kids these days are a bit sort of tied up in technology, whereas back in the day, you'd sort of play a bit of manhunt.
33
That's loud.
34
But yeah, no, it was all mud pies and mud pies and cowboys and robbers and stuff back in the day.
35
But yeah, definitely changes, especially when you start working for a living.
36
I understand that. And yourself?
37
I mean I've been climbing since I was five so mostly just stuck with that for the most part.
38
I mean I did a lot of reading when I was longer, like casual reading and now obviously I mostly just read for my university course
39
so not so much casual anymore but quite good fun still.
40
Well thanks very much guys, we appreciate that.
41
Do you prefer to have your free time alone or with other people?
42
No definitely with other people.
43
I mean I don't mind standing by myself but
44
if I want to have fun I go out with my friends
45
so do you prefer
46
to do your hobbies or free time with other people
47
or by yourself I like to swim she likes the hike I'd prefer to swim with swimmers
48
if anybody else I tend to prefer group activities so even
49
when I do group exercise fitness body pump the lesbils classes the more the merrier
50
so depends on my girlfriend things like that obviously again it's a bit lonely
51
but if you go to the pub on your own it can be quite nice
52
but it's solitude again it's obviously always cooler with friends yeah
53
exactly well thanks very much for your time appreciate it
54
and do you prefer to do your free time with other people
55
or alone with other people I always go there with my
56
friends okay very nice thank you very much where exactly are
57

58

59
