We established new operations in Flushing, the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, Guyana,

Lombasa, Kenya, Norway, Norway ensuring efficient on-the-ground support.

And in key markets like the USA, Brazil, Mexico, UK, Sri Lanka,

and Singapore, our existing laboratories gained crucial regulatory approvals and equipment upgrades,

reinforcing trust in the critical energy and agri and food sector.

We empowered this growth through powerful collaboration.

We proudly welcomed A and B environmental services into the AMSPEC family,

significantly expanding our environmental testing services across the United States.

In addition, we started offering environmental services in the APAC region via our Singapore office.

In May, we acquired CGN Certification, a recognized provider of sustainability and compliance certifications,

which strengthened our commitment to providing world-class carbon verification and regulatory compliance services to industries worldwide.

We expanded into Mozambique through the acquisition of Geochem Mozambique and TJ Calibration, two leading players in their respective sectors,

bringing ISO 17025 accredited laboratories across Mozambique for the energy and chemical sectors.

Strategic partnerships like our alliance with Perennial are revolutionizing soil carbon monitoring and supporting responsible land use.

And by joining the Clean Fuels Alliance America, we committed to advancing the future of renewable energy.

Behind every achievement is our greatest strength, our people.

In 2025, our mission to ensure a responsible and sustainable planet reached further than ever.

Through our new Business Assurance and Sustainability Business Vertical, we aim to improve the global measurement,

monitoring, reporting and verification of sustainability claims.

Our AMSPEC environmental team secured a major three-year contract with the Singapore National Water Agency agency.

In our blogs we shared crucial insights on everything from EU deforestation regulation,

EU-DR compliance, to greenhouse gas verification, helping clients navigate the path to sustainability.
