Welcome back to Comic Story and Gaming, where I like to make fun, weird gaming videos, and I also like to catch you up on the lore to a lot of my favorite franchises.

Today we're going to be continuing our recap of the Resident Evil lore storylines

and everything to get you ready for Resident Evil 8.

And today it's time to tell you the overall plot to Resident Evil 4.

Six years have passed since the Raccoon City outbreak.
6
One of the survivors, Leon Kennedy, has gone on to become a highly trained Secret Service agent.

He has been dispatched to Spain on the hunt for the president's daughter, who was kidnapped by a strange cult.

Aided by two local cops, Leon thinks back on his time in Raccoon City as they drive through the countryside.

The police car stops in the outskirts of a Spanish village.

And leaving the vehicle, Leon readies his weapon in search of the missing girl.

Inside of the house, Leon begins to question a villager, but is attacked by the seemingly deranged man.

Dodging, Leon brings his weapon up, putting the man down, and then he moves back to the window.

He looks out, seeing the local police fleeing as a swarm of villagers begin to surround him.

He is forced to fight through the city, killing the deranged townsfolk, and when it seems like he's about to die,

the church bell rings, distracting those villagers, calling them away.

With no other choice, Leon continues forward, still searching for the president's daughter.

He's attacked once more by the villagers and their large monster known as El Gigante.

Slipping inside of an abandoned building, Leon meets the captured Luis Ser.

He begins to free the man, but is interrupted by Betores Mendez, the leader of the village.

Leon attacks the massive man, but is quickly defeated and knocked unconscious.

When he awakens, he is tied back to back with Luis.

Another of the villagers enter the room, clumsily swinging their axe, accidentally freeing the two men and briefly they work together, but after that they go their separate ways.

Leon shortly finds Ashley, the president's daughter, in a nearby church, and it's there that the two meet Osmond Sadler, the leader of the cult,

and he explains his plot to infect the president, informing both Leon and Ashley that they have also been infected with the Las Plagueis parasite.

As they escape, Leon must once again face off against Mendez, Yet this time, the man manages to see that Leon is infected and decides to let him go,

knowing that he will be a part of the cult before long.

Eventually, though, Leon forces Mendez's hand and the two face off inside of a barn.

And as Mendez begins to transform, becoming a monster, Leon manages to kill the village leader.

Leon and Ashley quickly try to find safety in the nearby castle, where they meet Ramon Salazar, a crazed henchman of Saddler.

The two are separated, but inside of that castle, Leon once more runs into Luis Serra.

The man shows Leon that he has a vaccine for Las Plagueis, but Luis is quickly killed by Saddler, who takes that vaccine.

As he lays dying there, Luis reveals to Leon that he is actually a chemist who worked for Saddler, but before he can die,

Luis gives Leon some of the medicine that will slow the Las Plagueis from taking over his body.

Leon continues to make his way through the castle, eventually finding Ashley once more.

But of course, Ashley is once more captured and brought to a nearby island.

As he continues forward, Leon is then forced to kill Salazar after the small man transforms into a massive monster.

He then runs into Ada Wong, who apparently still has feelings for Leon even though she abandoned him back in Raccoon City.

Working together, the pair manage to make their way to another island, with Leon still hoping to rescue the president's daughter.

As Leon begins to search this new island, he comes in contact with Jack Kruiser, an old partner of his who he presumed was dead.

The two fight, showing off flashy knife skills.

And it is during that fight that Krauser reveals that he is the one who kidnapped the president's daughter.

As Krauser's about to kill Leon, Ada moves in to save him, allowing Krauser to escape in the process.

Ada reveals that both she and Krauser are working for Albert Wesker, but that Krauser betrayed them to saddle him.

Shortly after, Leon once more fights him, but this time he kills his former partner.

Saddler then contacts Leon on his radio, informing the agent that soon he will be taking Krauser's place at Saddler's side.

Leon calls in a favor, and a Starz helicopter shows up, helping fend off the swarm of cult soldiers that are attacking Leon.

Eventually, the helicopter is shot down, and Leon is forced to continue alone.

Leon manages to slip inside of Saddler's base, finding and rescuing Ashley once more.

But Saddler arrives and begins to control the lost Plagueis inside of them.

Taking Ashley with him, he leaves Leon stranded as monsters are closing in.

Once more, Ada Wong arrives to save Leon.

But the parasite within him is still in control, forcing him to strangle the woman.

As she is about to pass out, the young woman stabs Leon in the leg, bringing him back to his senses.

And then working together, Leon and Ada manage to save Ashley once more.

and they remove the Las Plagueis virus from inside of their bodies.

As Leon and Ashley are about to escape the island, Leon goes back to help Ada, who has been captured by Saddler.

Saddler mutates into a massive monster, and Ada and Leon are forced to kill him, blowing up the island in the process.

Luckily, Leon was able to escape, and he and the president's daughter ride away from the island on a jet ski.

As they watch the destruction going off behind them, Ashley offers Leon some overtime As they get back to the United States

But the young agent refuses And the two jetski off into the sunset
