We're here to showcase this ultra-luxurious 23.7 million duplex penthouse in a one-of-a-kind integrated development.

Comprising three historical landmarks, Stamford House,

Capitol Building and Capitol Theatre.

This integrated development is connected to City Hall and comprises Residences,

a Premier Mall, a Hotel and The Capital Theatre.

This is Eden Residences Capital.

Eden Residences Capital is located along Stamford Road in Singapore's Civic and Cultural District.

It is the birthplace of modern Singapore and reached with historical structures,

museums, memorials, parks, performance and exhibition venues.

the residences consist of only 39 exclusive apartments with a front row seat to the city's civic

and cultural district as well as spectacular views of Marina Bay and beyond.

Today's penthouse spans 5,964 square feet.

On the lower level, we have a living and dining area,

a dry and wet kitchen,

two ensuite bedrooms, a study,

a powder room and the infinity pool.

On the upper level, we have two bedrooms and a family area.

We've come up to the penthouse level via the private lift and here is your private lift lobby.

This home has $1.2 million of renovations invested in it and we can't wait to show you the place.

Stepping in, we are greeted by this grand 6.2m towering ceiling height

and the entire hall is laid out in an open floor plan with views of Marina Bay

and beyond stretching across in front of us.

Unlike many penthouses where only either the living or dining areas have such lofty ceilings,

in this penthouse, this high ceiling runs across both areas.

and this is further accentuated by the floor-to-ceiling glass all around

and it's only possible because of the ideal layout with the absence of bay windows commonly found in other penthouses.

Now let's step out to check out the view.

Right here we have a juxtaposition of iconic landmarks past and present.

In our view we have the St Andrews Cathedral and within the development we have the Stamford House,

Capitol Theatre and Capitol Building and I've got some interesting nuggets of information about these buildings for you.

The Stamford House was established in 1904 in the Venetian Renaissance style and used to be a retail and residential space.

The Capitol Building and Capitol Theatre were established in 1930 together.

The Capitol Building being an iconic dating and hangout spot,

fondly remembered by many Singapore baby boomers.

The Capitol Theatre was known as the most modern theatre in

the Far East during its heyday where luminaries such as Charlie Chaplin,

Ava Gardner and Douglas Fairbanks grazed the red carpet.

More than eight decades on,

the buildings have been restored to their former glory.

The Stamford House and Capitol Building houses the exclusive Capitol Kopinski Hotel

and array of dining establishes and high-end street-front shops on its premises.

The Capitol Theatre features state-of-the-art systems playing host to red carpet movie premieres including the blockbuster Crazy Rich Asians.

Now let's head back in to check out the rest of the house.

And on the left, we have the dining area which seats 10.

You get to dine with the beautiful backdrop of lush greens in your very own infinity pool right behind you.

Now, what better way to enjoy the magnificent Marina Bay view than from soaking in in your very own pool.

Now, right beside the dining area,

we have the dry kitchen where the cabinets and countertops are from Poggen Po.

so it also comes with your branded Miele appliances such as your coffee maker your induction stove,

your wine chiller and your oven

and this massive two-door fridge comes from top of the line range sub-zero

so from the dry kitchen it leads us to the wet kitchen

which is enclosed this kitchen is definitely well equipped for a

chef with plenty of appliances such as gas stoves induction stoves

and even a barbecue grill and ovens and they're all from milay

and your dual sinks here they are from reginox now the

wet kitchen is linked to your service area where it features the service yard your helper's room bathroom

and the back door before we take a look at the

bedrooms on my left let's first check out the study now along the way we have a powder room

which also serves as a changing room with sufficient cabinetry done

now this is a good size study area

which has been repurposed into a cocktail room for a more intimate setting for your guests.

It also comes with an outdoor balcony if you need some fresh air.

And now let's take a look at the two bedrooms on the first floor.

Now you can tell a lot about the renovations through the little details like this door

that has been made out of distressed wood.

To get an effect like this,

the door has to undergo six rounds of treatment.

I found a similar door like this in Ritz-Carlton Residences.

So this distressed wood has also been used in the cabinetry and the doors for the bathroom on my left.

High quality premium treventine marble has also been used for the countertops and the walls.

Sanitary fittings are from Durovit.

And on my right, we have the wardrobes.

Moving in, we have twin beds fitted in and it really has the ambience of a luxury hotel.

What I especially like is this wall-to-wall marble study desk that runs across.

If you like outdoor space,

then you can also step out to the balcony that's linked to this room

and connects it to the other bedroom on this floor level.

Coming through the linked balcony,

we're at the second common room on the lower level.

And again, we're greeted by this gorgeous interior,

which has this beautiful feature textured wall.

The bathroom is luxuriously done up with its own separate shower and water closet store.

And you'll also find the same distressed wood,

traventine marble and durovet fittings used here.

Behind me is the wardrobe and this bedroom wraps up our entire tour of the lower level of this penthouse.

Now let's take the stairs to the upper level.

This beautiful floating staircase is one of the centre pieces of this duplex penthouse

and is built upon this dramatic black marble landing.

You may also take the private lift up to this level.

So on this level, we have a family area and two main bedrooms.

I love how they've made the upper level feel so open and from here you get a breathtaking view of marina basins.

In fact, I've never seen espinade so up close in any residential building.

Now this family area offers a more private and cosier setting than the one below.

And I personally like how they have planned two of the main bedrooms to be on the upper level

because you get more privacy than the conventional layout of having all four bedrooms clustered along one corridor on a floor level.

This has got to be one of the most impressive master bedroom that I've viewed in all of the penthouses.
