Here's how to find someone's Instagram ID with their phone number.

Open up the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android.

So tap on the profile at the bottom right and the three lines at the top right.

After you've done that, you'll be able to see towards the top is your account center, including the ability to manage that Instagram account.

Tap on account center here, and then your information and permissions at the bottom.

Now, the nice thing is now we can upload all of your contacts,

including any contacts that have their phone number and Instagram will automatically find their ID or their profile.

So just tap on upload contacts for Instagram and then turn this on.

After you've done that and has shared all contacts, we need to get back out of here to find their specific profile.

You can tap on the search bar at the bottom left and then tap at search at the very top.
