Here is the core simple truth  that you need to understand in order to manifest the life that you want.

Today I'm so excited to share  the simple truth to manifesting.

So, one of my favorite hobbies is listening to manifestation audiobooks.

And I love the classics.

I love Esther and Jerry Hicks, aka Abraham Hicks.

And I was listening to one of  their audio books the other day and I was reminded of this simple truth of how to properly manifest our lives.

Whereas everything else is just  like the surface level techniques and strategies and ways to get there.

But this is the core truth of how to be a master magnetic manifestor.

You ready for it? Feeling good. Period.

Feeling good about yourself.

Feeling good about your life.

Feeling good in your body like you have to truly feel  good as much as possible.

That is the secret to being a master manifestor.

The more you can align yourself  into that feeling of feeling good, the more easily you can manifest  anything you want in life.

Because that feeling good is the high vibration of I already am.

I already have, I already love, I already enjoy.

It's like you're in that  feeling where things are good.

And when you feel good, you manifest a life that feels good.

So, it's one of those like the more you feel it, the more you attract it in your life.

Cuz law of attraction states  that like attracts like.

The higher, brighter, better feeling you are, the higher, lighter, brighter feeling your life is going to be as a whole.

So, that's the secret. feeling good.

Now, I want to break it down a little bit more so that it becomes a little more actionable.

So, you understand that is the core foundation of what your goal is.

You want to get to a place where you feel good.

That means you want to make decisions for yourself in your everyday life that feel good.

For example, if somebody asks you to go out and you're kind of like, "Oh, I don't know if I really  want to go out. I'm not sure." Like you should make the decision based on what makes you feel good, not based on what ah I think  people would want me to go or I don't want to make this  person mad. I don't want to.

So think about all the times you kind of doubt your own internal feeling because you're putting someone else's  desires above your own.

You're putting someone else's  emotions above your own.

So consider that.

So, always come back to making choices for your life that feel good for you.

If you are overworked and feeling stressed and burnt out about work, but you have this inner need to like keep grinding and you just don't feel good about resting, ask yourself, what would truly feel good for me?

How can I do something that makes me feel good?

Maybe it's just taking a break, taking a nap, going out, taking yourself to a cafe.

Maybe it's playing a video game.

Maybe it's doing something  that you've never done before.

So, whatever it is that will make you feel good or feel better in that moment, that is the right decision for you.

Your body always knows what is the best decision that makes you feel good.

So, I just talked about your  choices and your decisions and your actions in life.

The next one I want to talk  about is your thoughts.

So, we want to get to a place where we choose better feeling thoughts for ourselves.

Better feeling thoughts that better serve ourselves and our feeling good.

How simple is that? I know it sounds simple.

It can be hard to do depending on where you are in your growth journey.

But this is all about becoming  aware of your self talk, becoming aware of your self-criticism, your self-doubt, that negative voice in your head.

This is the practice of being kinder to yourself, of being more supportive and loving to yourself in your head.

You want to get to a point where everything that you're telling yourself  in your mind is supportive.

It's not making you feel even worse.

Whenever you have a thought that makes you feel even worse, start noting it down.

What was the thought? How did it make me feel?

Why did I even choose to believe this thought?

And once you become aware  of those negative thoughts, you can then choose better feeling thoughts.

Like instead of feeling this way about myself, why can't I try feeling this way?

Why can't I choose this other  thought that feels better?

So, the more you do that, the more you practice this in  your mind, it's a practice, the better you get at choosing  better feeling thoughts.

For example, a lot of us have social anxiety.

We might feel a little  awkward when we're in public.

So, when you go out to like an event where there's a lot of people you don't know, you might have these thoughts creep up like, "Oh, I feel so awkward. I don't want to be here." or, oh, this person might think I'm weird.

I can't believe I just said that.

And you just might be very  self-conscious and in your mind.

Well, those thoughts aren't  exactly making you feel better.

So, why don't you instead try putting on some better feeling thoughts?

For example, you go out to this event, you don't know anyone, but you're open to meet new friends.

You're like, I feel so good about myself today.

I love the outfit that I  picked out for myself today.

I feel like I have some exciting stories to share or I feel like I'm a very interesting person that these people would be  interested in getting to know me and I am interested in getting to know them.

Whatever positive feeling thought you can think that makes you feel better, that is what you want to try on.

So it'll be different for everyone because we all kind of have different minds, different limiting beliefs and different perspectives on things.

So just try experimenting, exploring with better feeling thoughts.

Like try to find a thought that makes you feel so good about yourself.

Like I walk into the room, I am loved.

Everybody loves me. I love  myself and I am lovable.

Like if that makes you feel  good, wear that thought.

Wear that thought throughout your day.

It also doesn't have to be focused on you.

It could be I'm so interested and so excited to learn about somebody new.

I'm so excited to learn about  someone else's perspective.

Oh my god, I'm excited to meet this person.

What can I learn from them?

That is a feeling good thought because you have excitement there.

You're not even thinking about yourself.

You're just like ready to  like focus your attention and learn something about someone else.

These are all examples of how you can choose better feeling thoughts.

And this is something that you  can practice every single day.

Whenever you catch yourself thinking something that makes you feel negative,  try a different thought.

Just just try it on.

The next point I want to make is the goal is to learn to feel good  about all areas of your life.

Honestly, the first step is simply awareness.

And once you have awareness,  awareness is the power.

Like you know what needs to  be done to make a change.

And so that's what's so beautiful about this is you have a very simple compass  to living a better life is simply what feels good.

And this is like holistically feeling good.

Your whole body feels good.

Literally getting to a place where your mind, your heart, your spirit, your emotions, your energy are all aligned.

Like you are all in this alignment  and this energy of feeling good.

This is the challenge that will help  us put this concept into practice.

Every single day for 14 days, you are going to do something that helps you align to this feeling  of feeling good in your life, in your body, in all areas of your life. Okay?

So, this is what's going to  be part of the challenge.

I'm creating a feel-good  manifestation affirmations audio where it's basically an audio where it's like, I feel good. I feel good. I  feel good about my family.

I feel good about my health.

I feel good about this and that and this and that.

And it's something that you can just press play, listen to it while you're getting ready, while you're doing your evening routine, whatever, like while you're cooking, while you're walking.

It should be so simple to  integrate this into your life because it's just an audio.

You don't have to do anything.

You just have to listen to it.

So, when you listen to this audio, you're already putting yourself in that energy, that emotion of feeling good  about yourself and your life.

And not only that, which brings me to the second  part of this challenge, is you can then get some  inspiration on what to work on.

Basically, the second part of this  challenge is two journal prompts.

The first journal prompt is  what we just talked about, having the awareness of what parts  of your life don't feel good yet, and then reflecting on what can I do, what can I change to make that area feel better.

So, as you listen to the affirmations, we're going to go through all the areas, all the angles of life.

And there will be some statements  that are easy for you to say, but some statements that are not exactly easy because they don't feel true yet.

Like, I feel good about my health.

And some of you might not  feel the truth in that yet.

So, when you feel that  resistance or that misalignment, that is your clue.

Oh, this is an area that I  don't truly feel good about yet.

So, why? What can I do about it?

I'll let you reflect and figure  out your own plan on your own.

The second journal prompt is scripting.

So scripting is one of my  favorite manifestation techniques.

It's basically writing in the present tense of you having everything you desire.

So this scripting prompt is about script as if you feel good about everything in your life.

And I want you to script for as long as you want.

Write as much as you want.

So, I set a timer in the app for 5 minutes.

So, 5 minutes of scripting and you just go at it.

All you have to do is at least 9 days in order to officially complete the challenge.

So that's like leaving some  open room for flexibility because I know we all have busy lives.

But it is really fun.
