so chris and i usually split an energy drink before the gym and oh my gosh costco had a new pack of alani's it was all the slush readers and if you follow me on tiktok or instagram i'm obsessed with the lime slushy from alani and this pack had blue slash cherry slush in the lime slash um so good but i've been saving the limes because i usually have one in the afternoon like a full one so in the morning i have like the less good flavors like cherry slush and we'll split this still good though look at me do baby you're doing baby so sweet so sweet agenda.

so back from the gym now i've been doing a more a more more like strength training so i typically go to the gym and I walk like four miles takes me an hour and then I'll do look crazy right now I'll do like a 10 to 20 minute strength class on the Peloton app makes it so easy so you don't ever have to go into the gym with a plan I literally choose what workout I'm going to do in the final like 10 minutes of my walk and today I did 20 minute full body with Tunda she's like the toughest instructor on there um but yeah pretty good workout now I'm gonna make breakfast I've been trying to eat lots of protein.

i've started to add creatine to my diet as well right now i have two different options so i have these from lemme they're the lemme creatine body tone gummies and the serving size is serving size is four but i only take two of them um but i also have a creatine powder and i haven't used it yet so once i'm done with those gummies i'm either gonna try i feel like how those work um when I'm gonna reorder those ones or I'm gonna try to order the Airee ones.

okay i kind of just revived my hair a bit um i'll just take like a straightener and you know do a little up down flip flip flip and it kind of gives it like a little wave but then i'll take this matrix avocado oil and run it through my hair i usually get like four dude when did i wash my hair monday and it's thursday so yeah i'll wash my hair tomorrow on friday so i usually get four or five days out of a hair wash i feel like that worked just to give the roots a little more volume i will take this clip because it's very loose and i'll kind of just scoop up the roots and i'll let it sit like that for a little bit as i'm just like walking around the house and gives it like a little bit of lift do do Thank you.

Come praticare efficacemente su ShadowingEnglish

  1. Scegli il tuo video: Scegli un video di YouTube con un discorso chiaro e naturale in inglese. TED Talks, BBC News, scene di film, podcast o risposte campione IELTS funzionano benissimo. Incolla l'URL nella barra di ricerca. Inizia con video più brevi (meno di 5 minuti) e contenuti che trovi realmente interessanti — la motivazione è importante.
  2. Ascolta prima, comprendi il contesto: Al primo ascolto, mantieni la velocità a 1x e ascolta solo. Non cercare ancora di ripetere.   3. Imposta la modalità Shadowing:
