I am in the middle of my trek and it's been two hours already.

I've gone through something bad recently and I just feel like the world is against me.

I have some negative thoughts and I decided to go into the nature to really heal myself and I hope that it can help me feel better and it really does.

So I think I should have a short podcast episode to talk about this, you know, how I deal with my negative feelings and what I do when I have bad days.

So in today's episode I will talk about three things that I do whenever I have a bad day.

The very first thing that I do is to have the De-Cheeto Detox.

I love sharing content, I love spreading value, you know, to the people around me.

I'm a content creator, so I go online every single day.

And I think social media has opened, I mean, endless doors for me, you know, helping me with meeting new people and spreading meaningful messages and helping a lot of people but also it has stolen a lot for me like my peace so whenever i feel like i'm having a bad day and i just keep telling myself that you need to get away from social media tommy maybe a day or two you know I try to stay away from social media and it helps a lot I mean to just go for a walk go for a trek to really immerse myself in nature it can really be a game changer to be right here deep in the nature when nobody's around what you can hear right now is the sound of the stream the birds singing the trees talking nature is the best medicine so whenever you feel down whenever you feel like everything is against you try to find somewhere go somewhere with nature and take some fresh air, really.

sometimes you need to disconnect with the world around you to really reconnect with yourself and the best thing to do is probably to immerse yourself in nature this is the form of relaxation that I want so that's the very first thing and the second thing that I usually do to deal with my negativity is to sit quietly and journal.

You know, that's the best way.

Whenever I do so, I have all my thoughts down onto a piece of paper.

I feel like problems sold.

And after a few days, when I look back, I just laugh at myself for how silly I was, how crazy I couldn't imagine myself thinking or acting like that and the problems seem not to be that bad that big so really having your thoughts down onto a piece of paper can really help you feel so much better so next time when you have something happen in your life please go sit down.

No phone, nothing, no one around you, there's only you, your thoughts have all them down onto a piece of paper and I mean you feel like life is still beautiful and the problem is not that big.

So the third thing that I have is to have an accepting mindset.

There will be some things that I can't control.

There will be some things that are out of my hand.

So I mean, instead of trying to control everything and everyone around me, I try to have an accepting mindset.

People will act the way that they want, no matter how good I am, no matter how kind that that I treat them, no matter how much that I want them to change or I want things to go my way.

Sometimes things cannot be the way that I want.

The fastest way to be happy in life is to lower your expectation.

Do not expect too much on other people or other things expect in yourself.

So this is something that I always say to myself like whenever things happen that I can't control, that I can't do anything about it and I just say to myself can't change it.
