1
If you are feeling uninspired you do not need to become someone new,
2
you need space to hear yourself clearly again.
3
You don't need more sh** in your life.
4
So if you're feeling uninspired in your life,
5
you feel like you're just wearing these heavy dark tinted black glasses.
6
My advice to you would be To get to my current position I've done more than 10,000 hours Dreamed
7
that I saw my name on a gravestone Maybe then they
8
would give me my flowers Mum put three of our boys
9
in a tub same time Cause we couldn't afford to shower
10
So going into this year I felt the most uninspired I've ever felt in my entire life
11
And maybe you can relate So
12
if you feel anything like I did going into this year
13
I am going to show you how to rectify it in this video and I want to respect your time.
14
So I'm going to give you the long story short.
15
If you feel like that's everything you need,
16
you can bounce from the video.
17
But if you resonate with it,
18
then stick around because I'm going to share some very intimate and personal thoughts.
19
If you are feeling uninspired,
20
you do not need to become someone new.
21
You need space to hear yourself clearly again.
22
And sometimes what that entails is going away to a place where your identity doesn't follow you.
23
like here I am no one I am nothing I am unencumbered you know like it's
24
so funny like when we want to be inspired what we do we go look at Pinterest
25
or we go look at uh YouTube
26
or we try to get some reference points what we do is we like we add more noise
27
when that is the thing
28
that made us feel uninspired in the first place you don't
29
need more in your life you don't need more inputs what
30
you need to do is you need to strip away the noise you need to strip away
31
or at least seriously reassess maybe some of your identities maybe some of your habits maybe some of your beliefs
32
and listen i'm not saying you need to go on some
33
big ayahuasca retreat even though i mean it was something i
34
did seven years ago i wouldn't say i regret it i wouldn't say it was truly transformative
35
if i had the opportunity to go on an ayahuasca retreat again
36
or i had the opportunity to do what i'm doing right now
37
which is just get away from everything
38
which is for a brief moment in time be selfish in the moment to be selfless in the long term.
39
And this is something I really did throughout the years is I allowed myself the time
40
and the space to take one step back in order to take two steps forward.
41
And it gets harder and harder as time goes on.
42
So I'm going to bring this message back to you
43
and how to help yourself if you feel anything like I did going into this year. But
44
just to give you a bit of context
45
and a bit of background for any of those that may not know who I am.
46
I've been a entrepreneur in one way,
47
shape, form or fashion for what, 11, 12 years now.
48
I've actually just crossed 10 years of uploading on YouTube and I'm coming off the back of in 2025,
49
an absolutely incredible year.
50
Now you might be sat there going,
51
OK, well, I don't understand you just came off the back of such an amazing year
52
but that's the problem like when you
53
and it's i kind of stopped talking about more intimate financial stuff like three
54
or four years ago and the reason why is
55
because i think for a lot of you guys it turns
56
parts of your brain off now there's certain parts i'll reveal about how some of the businesses are going
57
and whatnot but You don't understand that going into this year,
58
like now after really being a decade into,
59
first of all, sharing my business,
60
my life, my wins, my losses.
61
And this is really my way to express myself and share my journey with you.
62
So not only from as a creative perspective,
63
I went into this year feeling the most uninspired I have because I'm like,
64
I've been doing this thing for 10 years.
65
Coming off the back of such an amazing year,
66
you sit there and you go,
67
all right, well, what now?
68
Where do I go from here?
69
And that really brings me to the crux of this video.
70
And I want to bring it back to you now,
71
which is as time goes on,
72
we basically have this wooden box and in this wooden box,
73
we collect certain stones.
74
And these stones are basically labels that we have for ourselves,
75
identities that we have for ourselves,
76
the way that we view ourselves and how we interact with the world,
77
not understanding and not realizing that as time goes on,
78
you're allowed to take on a different identity.
79
And I can tell you,
80
even for me, in my 10 year journey,
81
I've taken on many identities and I've ebbed and flowed and I've,
82
you know, growing up, I was a avid, avid, avid reader.
83
And one of my favorite books growing up was a book called King, Warrior, Magician, Lover.
84
And it's about these four different archetypes.
85
And if you're part of the 20 or 25% of my female watchers,
86
I'm sure there's, you know,
87
your own version of this.
88
But my point is like,
89
as time goes on, you really have to open up that box and look at all the things.
90
And as I said, these identities and these labels and these things
91
that you've assigned to yourself and you have to question all of it.
92
And the reason I say that is because if you're not fully aligned with this phase of your life,
93
then of course you're going to be uninspired.
94
I also want to make it clear,
95
I would say about for 90% of you watching,
96
this is not actually the video that you need.
97
I think it's probably a very interesting and fascinating video for you to watch,
98
but I truly don't think it's the video that you need.
99
Now, most people think they need inspiration.
100
They don't need inspiration.
101
They need discipline.
102
So funnily enough, that's the thing I'm much stronger at.
103
And, you know, over 10 years or so, I've definitely mastered.
104
So if you want me to make another video on what to do,
105
if you're lacking discipline, please,
106
I'll be more than happy to.
107
And I have a lot of very valuable frameworks I feel like to share on that.
108
But discipline is what 90% of you guys are facing,
109
which is like, you know what you need to do.
110
You just need to do it.
111
And there's been many times in my life where I know exactly what I need to do
112
and I just need to execute on it.
113
But you get to a certain point where what got you here won't get you there
114
and this is where inspiration kicks in where you you need to readjust your compass
115
and you need to ask yourself all right is this the destination like i know exactly
116
if i keep walking this road i know where it's going to end up
117
but maybe is the time to realign my compass
118
and set my sights and set my track on a new destination
119
so if you are part of that 10
120
or 15 where it's not about knowing what you need to
121
do you generally just don't know what direction to go in life
122
so in your case that might be do i start
123
that business or do i not start that business in your case
124
that might be do i go to university
125
or do i not go to university in your phase of life
126
that might be all right i'm in this relationship for three years
127
or five years or however many years is this aligned with where I want to be in the future.
128
Maybe for you, that's whatever answers you're searching for,
129
you know, whatever inspiration you're trying to find in order to guide you into this next phase of life
130
or this next sprint.
131
I implore you not to consume more.
132
I implore you at this phase to actually consume less.
133
And if that means unsubscribing from this YouTube channel,
134
I implore you to go for it.
135
Once again, you need to remember the life works in season.
136
So there'll be a time where looking around you and seeing what other people are doing is helpful to your journey.
137
But whether that's for a week,
138
a month or a year,
139
there comes a point where it's not about adding more,
140
it's about adding less.
141
And for me personally, whenever I feel uninspired,
142
the reason I change my environment is because your environment,
143
you really don't realize there's so many trigger points in your environment
144
that keep you locked into who it is that you were when you were uninspired.
145
It basically just places you in this box where all of your thoughts are looped.
146
Your identity is looped.
147
And when you change environment,
148
you basically get a chance to hit the reset button
149
and think in the most purest form and analyze and evaluate in the most purest form.
150
And at least for me personally,
151
and maybe you've seen this in your life,
152
when I look at the people who just kind of gave up on their evolution,
153
like we all know those people,
154
they just gave up on ever feeling inspired again and ever having the bravery really,
155
To kind of shake things up.
156
It's because they just got
157
so dead set in their environment Like we all know those people who just stay in their hometown
158
And quite frankly when you're repeating the same inputs again and again,
159
of course the output is going to be the same
160
so whether it's that hometown friend or We all have
161
that one friend that got into a relationship and they just got comfortable And of course,
162
you know relationships are so beautiful when you have the right individual by your side
163
But unfortunately a lot of people get into those relationship where as time goes on,
164
you know the gears of comfort keep grinding them down
165
and down and down and down
166
and eventually you get to a point where I said everything turns you lose the color of life
167
so if you're feeling uninspired in your life
168
and you feel like you're just wearing these heavy dark tinted
169
black glasses my advice to you would be just take off the glasses right just take off the glasses
170
and the way you do that as you go somewhere new now for me
171
that meant physically getting on a plane and coming somewhere new.
172
Literally, I'm here in Scotland right now.
173
And because I knew for me personally,
174
I'm based between Dubai, London,
175
we have offices in New York.
176
It's just there's too much association and there's too much noise in these cities.
177
Like I have too much,
178
there's too many ties there where I couldn't truly step away and take off the glasses.
179
So whether that means getting on a flight for you,
180
whether that means driving for three,
181
four hours and going to a new city and going on a hike
182
or exploring or going alone and just sitting at a coffee shop and just journal,
183
you know, it's you don't always have to do these.
184
I really hope that you don't watch this video and think
185
that I'm telling you to have your secret life of Walter Mitty moment where,
186
you know, you drop everything and you go on the soul searching.
187
You know, for me, this isn't soul searching.
188
I'm not, you know, I don't want to sit here
189
and sound like I'm having a midlife crisis
190
and uh you know make this sound all all performative
191
and whatnot uh the truth is like there are certain places in the world where it's hard to be inspired
192
because you just have so much baggage there
193
and by the way baggage could be good baggage
194
and bad baggage you know i don't want to say
195
that baggage has connotations but of course you know every memory good
196
or bad that you have in a place is like um you know another rock
197
that you're attached to your ankle
198
and then of course it becomes very difficult to swim in these places and bask and think and ideate unencumbered.
199
And the best people I know,
200
they carve out time to do exactly this.
201
You know, wherever you live in the world,
202
it doesn't cost you a crazy amount of money to just get away for a couple days in the nature,
203
in the woods, and really just,
204
as I said, give yourself just some breathing room, you know.
205
And for a couple of days,
206
just take off the ankle weights,
207
let yourself swim a bit,
208
and let the inspiration come back to you, not by adding more.
209
Trust me, like,
210
that is the last thing on earth you want to do
211
right now is add more watch more consume more more more
212
more more everything's about more no you want to hit the reset button just give yourself some space for stillness and peace
213
and um i guarantee the inspiration is going to come back
214
to you i think the funny thing with inspiration is we think it's like some lightning bolt
215
that just strikes you
216
and then now you're the inspiration's back like that's that's not
217
how it works the inspiration comes back to you in quiet moments of solace and peace
218
and quiet that's why these moments of inspiration feel like a
219
gift from the universe you know as i said whatever it is
220
that you might prescribe to my point is yes i'm sure there's a large component to
221
that but a lot of it is just like you have inside of your ideas concepts abstract thoughts
222
that truly could change the world you just have choked
223
that part of yourself out by by simply having too much static
224
and noise in your life
225
so whatever your situation is in life please get in your car
226
and find that place an hour and a half away book
227
that flight or you know i stay in your city
228
but find that park that you've never been to you have no association no identity,
229
no nothing around it.
230
And go take your journal, pen, paper.
231
You don't need more inputs.
232
You need less.
233
And it's absolutely crazy how quickly the inspiration comes back.
234
I can tell you even for me,
235
literally within 24 hours of changing the environments and getting to listen to my own thoughts in an unencumbered way,
236
my inspiration is back.
237
And I am more excited for 2026 than I think I've ever been for any new year.
238
And I think for me,
239
the love of the game has just come back.
240
It's not about the results or the harvest.
241
It's just a love for the game.
242
So Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart,
243
I hope you took something away from this video.
244
It's crazy.
245
I've been like an older brother or uncle on here for 10 years at this point.
246
And honestly, after giving myself a bit of room to breathe,
247
I'm looking forward to another 20 or 30 years.
248
So with all that being said,
249
as always, I'm watching from afar and I'm rooting for you.

  • “If you feel uninspired”: 조건절을 사용하여 누군가의 감정을 표현하는 효과적인 방법입니다.
  • “You need space to hear yourself clearly”: 필요성을 강조하며, 'need' 동사를 활용한 강력한 주장입니다.
  • “You don’t need more inputs”: 부정문을 통해 듣는 사람에게 메시지를 명확히 전달합니다.
  • “Take one step back in order to take two steps forward”:
