1
I have coached over 1,000 people one-on-one and here is what actually changes people's lives.
2
Now I've broken this down into three categories that I have learned after doing intimate one-on-one sessions.
3
I've been in this industry for 10 years.
4
I've studied the human psyche.
5
I've studied self-development back to front and I understand what makes a human tick
6
and I also can see what is the most detrimental thing to people's lives.
7
So the first one is that most people will not let go of their past.
8
And this was something that was really hard for me to swallow when I started observing this on a deeper level,
9
including my own life, is that people are so loyal to the victim self.
10
They're so obsessed and in love, and this is very subconscious, to the parts that broke them and hurt them.
11
And I'm all for, and I understand needing validation and needing the healing and needing the nourishment to move past that.
12
But most people will not let go of their past.
13
How do I know this?
14
I see this in people 24 seven.
15
I was even at a coffee shop this morning.
16
I wake up at 6am and I walk by the ocean every day
17
and I was sitting outside and I couldn't help but overhear conversations because I was just sitting there meditating.
18
And I heard this people at a talking badly about these people
19
that they hadn't seen in probably four years and they would not stop
20
and I had this moment of thinking
21
if these people were pouring their beautiful energy into something more meaningful they would create
22
so much dramatic beautiful things in their lives but they're choosing to pour all their sacred present energy
23
into a situation that doesn't even matter and most people are addicted
24
and obsessed with telling their story telling their past
25
but in order for you to create the life
26
that you yearn for you have to let go of all
27
of your past not just a little bit all of it
28
and how do i know this because the moment I truly let go of my past, the good and the bad, the horror stories, the pain, the depression, the anxiety, anything,
29
anyone who had wronged me, just all the suffering that I endured and many people endure, when you let it go, you're actually freeing yourself.
30
And I believe this is one of the most self-loving things a human can do.
31
You're no longer carrying baggage into your future.
32
You're no longer looking at your past and saying, well, I'm gonna use this to dictate and define my future.
33
And when you let that go, you actually start making decisions from your future self versus your past self.
34
What am I holding hurt in?
35
Where am I bringing my past with me?
36
Was it your challenging childhood or that your mom never loved you?
37
Your dad never showed up for you.
38
What stories are you going to stop regurgitating and let go?
39
And what I suggest is just simply having a ceremony, a night where you just make peace with your past you forgive people you let it go
40
because that will deeply serve you
41
now the second one is your environment now your environment in
42
my belief is the most important thing on the planet
43
and your environment is your home your surroundings what you consume
44
your friendships your relationships it is everything in your world that is curating a life for you.
45
Now, if you want to transform your life, you have to change your environment.
46
And so I recommend you spring clean your home.
47
You let go of old objects.
48
You let go of old clothes that make you feel gross and you renew your life from the inside out.
49
And so I do a spring clean a lot.
50
I delete all my old Spotify playlists.
51
I unfollow people.
52
I stop consuming certain content, certain music.
53
I rearrange my bedroom to create a new energy.
54
I spice up my friendships and I set new intentions on them and how we can grow together.
55
I choose to shake up my environment because when you shake up your environment, you become a new person.
56
And if you are not in environments that grow and uplift you and expand you and make you feel seen,
57
heard and loved, you need to find a new environment because we are truly social creatures.
58
and when you're in an environment that uplifts you, that challenges you, that expands you, you are on an incredible path if you do so.
59
The third one is something that you might not be able to tell, but it is urgency.
60
Now, this is coming from someone who loves nature.
61
I love rest.
62
I love doing things the slow way, the feminine way, but I also think people think that they have so much time in the world and I would strongly disagree on that.
63
We don't have a lot of time now because of social media.
64
And what do I mean by this?
65
This is stealing people's lives away.
66
And so if you have a little spark of urgency that you don't have all day, that you don't have the rest of your life, that urgency actually creates momentum.
67
Why?
68
Because it gets you going.
69
It gets you started.
70
And once you move from that space, you don't have to rely on urgency and fear, but you're so in love with the momentum that you're building.
71
Because we as a human species and the world is just energy.
72
And when you are putting energy into something and you continuously pour more of your energy and more of your intention, more of that momentum builds.
73
And then you know you have this empire that you have poured life into and you can create from that space.
74
That is why people find relationships so hard to leave is
75
because we pour so much of our energy just to have to walk away.
76
And so when you do that into a project or a creation or your life, that is actually there to stay.
77
And so that is something I want you to be inspired by.
78
That when you know that your life is a beautiful, beautiful project that you can pour your energy into
79
and you build momentum and you build confidence and you build authority and you build identity from that space, you will start to become unrecognizable.
80
So that is what I have learned after coaching 1,000 people.

Vamos analisar algumas delas:

  • “You have to let go of your past”: Esta frase usa o presente simples para dar um conselho, enfatizando a necessidade de agir no presente.
