This is day four, the last day of our four-day Shadowing Challenge.

Take a moment and think about this.

Four days ago, maybe you felt shy to speak English out loud.

But look at you now.

You believed in yourself.

You thought about your future.

You did not give up.

And today, you are here for our final day.

Today, our topic is become your best self.

This means every day you can become a little better.

Not perfect, just better than yesterday.

And that is enough.

Just like before, today we will learn a few new simple words, practice speaking with the shadowing method,
