so obsessed with making the viral dubai chewy chocolate cookie recently

this is going to be my third attempt i say attempt

because the first two attempt they didn't turn out

that great they tasted very good but the marshmallow assembly part was

so freaking hard

so this time i came prepared i actually bought gloves just to do this liana's having her birthday party tomorrow

so i want to make some

and bring it to her event it gets super sticky

so i need to remember to oil everything before this part is literally the bane of my existence these balls though

I think one of my main goals for taking this gap year is to one,

not only pursue my side projects and side ventures,

but two, a big theme is to spend more time with my parents.

I just get so sentimental thinking about how much they've aged and how much I've grown up as well.
