Shadowing-Übung: summer day in copenhagen - Englisch Sprechen Lernen mit Video

1
good morning i'm vlogging on my phone and i don't know
2
if i should look at myself or look in the camera
3
but I just wanted to change things up a little bit
4
and also just not put so much pressure on myself
5
when it comes to vlogging I kind of want to be more candid
6
and raw I feel like I've put a certain like standard
7
with my youtube videos with my other camera I just want the video to look a certain way
8
and have a certain flow and just be aesthetically pleasing and stuff like that but
9
sometimes it can take the fun out of it even though I love
10
when I have a beautiful video ready to post
11
but I just also want to have a more raw type of video
12
so I thought it could be just fun to vlog on my iphone i actually had a really interesting morning
13
so i went on a walk and helge went out for a run
14
but we did a little walking together to begin with
15
and we stumbled upon this bookshelf in somebody's garden so it's basically where you can exchange books it is so cute.
16
I've walked past it a couple of times actually, but I didn't really pay a lot of attention to it
17
because I noticed there was mostly only like old Danish books and I wasn't too excited about that.
18
But this time I spotted this book called The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt and Matilda is scratching the sofa,
19
sorry for the noise.
20
And I've been wanting to read that book for a while
21
and my friend Mina is reading it and she told me more about it and it just sounded really exciting.
22
I've heard that it is a lot different from The Secret History, the book that I read by the same author.
23
That book was a little bit, I don't know, difficult to get through but I've heard that this book is completely different.
24
A lot of people consider it as like a masterpiece and
25
that it's going to become one of the classics and I think it's about like 800 pages so it's really thick
26
but yeah that book was in the bookshelf and I got quite excited
27
but I didn't have a book with me
28
so I could like exchange it
29
so I feel like I have to go there again today okay enough of that but
30
then Helge went out for his run and I went back home
31
and my key I have like a key thing to get into the building
32
and it didn't work it was so strange I thought it was just my key
33
but then I met my neighbor I actually have never seen
34
this woman before that's one thing I feel like I experience here in Denmark.
35
I feel like I never run into my neighbors, but this time I did, and she had the same problem.
36
She wasn't able to get into the building, but she had a dog, and her dog was so cute.
37
I've never seen like this type of breed before,
38
and we started chatting, and I asked her about her dog and she said it's a mutt
39
and it's a rescue puppy from Romania.
40
And she's had him for two months.
41
He was just so cute, so cute, oh my goodness.
42
And of course I had to tell her that if she needs help with like dog walking,
43
dog sitting, then I would be so happy to help out.
44
I feel like it would be really great for Matilda to be with dogs more
45
because Helge and I want to get a dog one day.
46
she has met a couple of dogs before
47
and we've always introduced them slowly and it's always been really great
48
and Matilda you know she's quite sassy she's not scared
49
but I feel like yeah it would be really good for
50
her to have like a dog here once in a
51
while anyways and then on top of that I got a big delivery
52
and it was perfect because I didn't have my phone
53
and the delivery man was apparently trying to call me
54
but yeah I just got a new poster and a frame
55
and it's quite big I'm so excited to unbox this poster
56
because we've been wanting something to put on the walls and I love big artworks.
57
I don't know if we're gonna put it above the sofa or above the cabinet.
58
This is the delivery I was talking about.
59
This is the frame.
60
It's so big and here's the poster and I'm so excited to unbox it.
61
I'm gonna make breakfast now.
62
I'm gonna heat some bone broth first.
63
This is honestly so fun.
64
I actually need to make a video showing you guys how to make bone broth.
65
This time I actually didn't add any onion or garlic
66
or anything for that matter because
67
when you do the bone broth you discard quite a bit of bones
68
and it has some meat on it and stuff and Helgi
69
and I thought to ourselves like we could give it to Matilda
70
so we intentionally didn't add any onion or garlic or anything
71
because that's like toxic toxic to cats and i put everything in a blender
72
and i was gonna make like a very delicious pate for
73
her turns out she did not want to eat it she didn't even want to lick it i was
74
so frustrated because the bone broth does not taste as good now
75
I added coconut oil and salt.
76
I saw somewhere that that's really good.
77
I feel like I get a lot of information online maybe too much sometimes
78
and then you don't know what's right
79
and i don't know it's confusing it's hot hot hot hot
80
but good i just told them about the pate
81
that we made for matilda yeah the failed project we were really trying to spoil her
82
but i think it was maybe the consistency yeah the pate
83
or something yeah maybe she just didn't really like it i
84
don't know i think she's sleeping in the bedroom i'm gonna
85
show you hola are you sleeping are you sleeping now michelle hi oh my cute pie
86
I need to finish editing a video
87
that was actually supposed to go live yesterday
88
but we had our friends over for dinner
89
and I kind of last minute wanted to do a little intro
90
and I just knew
91
that I wouldn't be able to do it within the time before our friends arrived
92
so I just decided to post it today
93
so i just need to create a little intro
94
and then i'm pretty much
95
ready to post it i
96
am currently exporting the video and i need to hurry up a little bit because i have booked
97
a pilates class with my friend at three
98
and i actually also have to get ready for an event
99
that helge and i are attending tonight it's a movie premiere devil wears prada number two i'm
100
so excited yeah i'm not gonna be coming home in the meantime
101
so i kind of have to get ready for the movie premiere
102
and the pilates class
103
so i need to figure out what i want to wear
104
i have no clue what the vibe is i mean the
105
weather is really nice today i think it's supposed to be like 18 degrees
106
so i think we can dress up a little bit summery
107
i think it's under the bed we just got a new bed
108
and it has storage underneath it which is really convenient we save up
109
so much space but sometimes it's a little bit annoying you have to like take everything off the bed almost
110
maybe i think this could be a vibe a white t-shirt underneath this one could be cute it's the
111
white boat neck jeans jeans jeans maybe just my Levi's jeans
112
I just had to wash them a little bit yesterday just like a stain spot
113
because I wear them every single day
114
so I feel like I'm always spilling something
115
but they're clean now and this leather jacket i think it's cute
116
and casual just how i like it i'm gonna wear my
117
ballerinas i think it would have been the perfect weather for flip-flops
118
but my toes are not cute i need to go and get a pedicure i have like
119
leftover gel it's looking really bad
120
so i'm not gonna be using my flip-flops
121
before i get a pedicure i am ready
122
but guys funny thing the pilates class i was talking about just got canceled
123
very last minute instead we're just gonna meet at a park
124
and hang out together i have to say i'm a little bit relieved
125
that the class got canceled because i've been lifting some weights in the gym
126
and i did some deadlifts yesterday
127
and i think i might have lifted a bit too heavy
128
so i'm hurting a little bit in my back
129
and i kind of just wanted to take a chill day today also because the weather is so nice.
130
So I'm gonna walk now over to the bookshelf, pick up the book and then I'm heading into the city to meet with my friend.
131
Okay guys we're going to the bookshelf.
132
We have three books that we're gonna exchange.
133
So I'm gonna return the two books by Dolly Alterton and Helge is gonna exchange some book by Adam K.
134
I haven't actually read it because I wasn't getting into it
135
that much so you didn't really like it so maybe somebody else will.
136
No. Okay let's go.
137
Look how thick it is!
138
It's a bit scary to be honest but I'm excited.
139
And I was also a little bit excited about this one.
140
It's called The Unbearable Lightness of Being.
141
I think I could like this book so I think I'm gonna exchange it as well.
142
Honestly this is such a fun concept.
143
I love it. so Good?
144
Yeah, it's really good.
145
Yeah, I love it.
146
Approved.
147
We got the coconut water,
148
what it's called coconut no it was foam matcha coconut water no yeah foam foam matcha coconut water
149
they had like a big menu so it was hard to pick but we wanted something refreshing because it's so sunny
150
Oh my goodness guys, the weather is so perfect.
151
It's already 6 30 but I can just feel how strong the sun is.
152
This is honestly like the first day of summer and I'm so happy.
153
I just said goodbye to Johanka and now Helgi
154
and I are gonna go to the movies and I'm not sure
155
if there's gonna be food there they said something about matchas from Joe and the Jews but I'm kind of hungry
156
and I'm contemplating if I should grab a burger at gasoline grill
157
which is like my favorite burger place in Copenhagen but Helgi thinks there's gonna be food there but I don't know.
158
Okay never mind the line is crazy.
159
We are waiting for pizzas because I think they're serving the matchas so we wanted
160
some dinner before and there's this Italian pizza place close by.
161
We're gonna have some pizza and so pretty here.
162
It's movie time!
