The End The End The End You know what?
2
Yes, fine.
3
I'm the asshole.
4
But this isn't fun.
5
This is work.
6
That's why it's called a job, which comes from Job, which means to suffer.
7
This...
8
This is business, alright?
9
In America, in business, this is how we talk, and this is how we dress.
10
Seal of approval.
11
You go down to 15, you take a lap to the mailroom, every single person working there is black.
12
Oh my god, we're not supposed to talk about that! But listen, alright, listen.
13
This is the truth, alright?
14
This is reality.
15
They work here.
16
They're a part of this community.
17
And a community has rules.
18
I took this position.
19
I made changes.
20
I don't want to see gold teeth.
21
I don't want to see your butt cheeks hanging out of your pants.
22
See people dressed like hoods.
23
Like killers.
24
And listen, I've heard it all before, alright?
25
I've heard it.
26
Hey man, it's just my image, you feel me?
27
It's just my style.
28
Uh, no. Can we stop that and use our rational minds for a moment?
29
Yeah?
30
What style is being promoted to the world, huh?
31
What image is being portrayed?
32
What if I walked in here, 9am tomorrow, white hood on my head?
33
No, it's just an image.
34
That's just my style.
35
Oh, listen, and then there's this whole music thing, right?
36
I try to be a hip guy.
37
I try to be with it.
38
You want a radio on your desk in the mail room, yeah?
39
Knock yourself out.
40
But now what you play on that radio, that's my bone of contention.
41
All the hip hoppity, you know, crotch grabbing, Bang bang bang.
42
Whatever!
43
You can't play it for your mother!
44
Then don't play it in here!
45
No, it's not like I listen to Tommy Dorsey, right?
46
But please, wax out your ears and listen to these lyrics!
47
Lyrics like, yo yo yo, bitch bitch bitch, I got a big dick.
48
Make st!
49
That's not music.
50
That's hateful.
51
In what right does any human being have to be hateful?
52
Huh?
53
Thank you.
