1
In this video, I want to share with you a Neville Goddard technique that is very powerful, and it's one that I personally use every single day.
2
The beauty of this technique is that it's not complicated, it's not complex, doesn't require any planning or anything.
3
In fact, it's taking advantage of a moment that each
4
and every one of us already has at night before we go to bed, and it's incredibly powerful, but I want you to watch until the very end,
5
because even if you've heard about this technique, or even if you're maybe using this technique,
6
there's one little shift that I want to suggest to you that can make this much more powerful than it already is.
7
Okay, so what is this technique?
8
Well, every one of us knows that feeling of not being fully awake, but also not being fully asleep.
9
It's that moment in the morning right before we get out of bed, and especially that moment at night, right before we fall asleep.
10
We're laying there in bed.
11
Our mind starts to go through the thoughts of the day.
12
And before you know it, we're asleep.
13
During this moment, what's happening is our brainwave state is actually changing.
14
And we're actually in a theta state right before we drift off to sleep.
15
Now, why do we care about this as people who want to manifest and create a new reality?
16
It's because the subconscious mind is much more accessible during this brief period between laying in bed
17
and actually drifting off to sleep.
18
So why not take advantage of this moment?
19
And most of us are actually already thinking about the events of the day.
20
It's much better for us to actually utilize this time to
21
plant these seeds in the subconscious of what we actually want to manifest.
22
So the technique is called the state akin to sleep or SATs.
23
Something that Neville Goddard taught, incredibly powerful.
24
And again, it's something I do all the time, each and every day.
25
And here's how you do it.
26
As you're just lying in bed, so it doesn't require any special practice or preparation.
27
As you're lying there in bed, getting ready to sleep, make a conscious effort to simply play out a very short scene in your mind.
28
And in this scene, you want it to be a visual representation of you living your desired reality.
29
So to make this simple, let's take an example.
30
Let's say there's a certain job that you would like to have, a promotion at work.
31
What you do is as you're laying down, about to drift out to sleep, just play a 10 to 15 second clip on repeat in your mind.
32
You're there, you're envisioning this scenario, maybe your boss is there, coworkers, whatever.
33
And in this brief 10,
34
15 second scenario, All you're doing is you're feeling the emotion of having achieved that outcome of being in that end state.
35
One element you want to add here is the element of congratulations.
36
So have people in this scene, somebody you care about coming up to you and congratulating you.
37
Hey, congratulations on the new job.
38
Congratulations on the promotion.
39
So all you do, again, is taking advantage of this moment that every one of us has, this moment right before sleep.
40
You just lay down, close your eyes.
41
As you're about to drift off to sleep, play this 10 to 15 second reel in your mind of you're there in the office
42
or apply this to your own situation but in this example, you're in the office, your boss is there,
43
whoever, someone's congratulating you, someone you really care about, who you're close to, and just play that on repeat.
44
And then before you know it, you drift off to sleep.
45
Because again, during this moment, the subconscious mind is much more accessible.
46
And here's the little bonus that I want to add.
47
The bonus is this, when you are visualizing this,
48
don't make this mistake, don't visualize it as though you're watching a movie in the sense
49
that you're seated in the theater or seated at home
50
and you're watching everything on a screen no that's not what we want the scene is the same
51
but i want you to visualize this as though you're looking
52
out from your eyes it's this first person view everything is from your point of view
53
so as you're interacting in the scene you're imagining
54
that from your own body
55
so you're looking at this person from your eyes who is
56
congratulating you you're looking at at your boss who is saying congratulations on the new promotion
57
that sort of thing so in this 10 to 15 second scene
58
that you're just replaying again
59
and again before you go off to sleep you're viewing it from your own body from your own eyes from
60
that perspective that's the one little twist on this that's very powerful
61
because again it's not
62
that you're watching it as a movie like separate from it no this is happening to you
63
and then of course you want to feel those emotions the emotions as always anything regarding neville goddard
64
and manifestation the emotions are so critical they're so key
65
so i wanted to share this
66
because i've gotten a lot of questions lately about the actual
67
practice of what sort of techniques do i use what do
68
i recommend this is a very simple one it's a very
69
powerful one you can try it tonight after you watch this video later on tonight same thing
70
while you're lying there in bed about to go to sleep
71
this is this is universal everyone does this instead of just letting your mind wander
72
or you know being on your phone before you go to bed
73
or watching a movie or something just make the conscious effort
74
to plan out that scene
75
and then just replay it again looking at it from your eyes from your perspective from your body
76
and as you're lying there in bed before you drift off to sleep just replay
77
that as many times as you can feeling the emotions seeing
78
it from your perspective have someone close to you congratulating you
79
and then let me know in the comments what you thought of this
80
and if anything newer or unexpected comes up in your life after you go through this
81
but one of my goals is to share more of this more of these kinds of techniques
82
and practices that i actually do here on my channel
83
so let me know what you think of this
84
if you found this helpful and what your results are and as always i'll see you in the next video
