पाठ बनाया जा रहा है...
1
I'm Anthony Mackie.
2
This is everything I do in a day.
3
I wake up at 5 a .m.
4
I wake up to Beyoncé.
5
I do.
6
I love Beyoncé.
7
She makes me strong.
8
She's my spirit animal.
9
The first thing I do in the morning is 100 push -ups.
10
Second thing I do in the morning is brush my teeth.
11
Don't ask me what the third thing is.
12
Like a gangster.
13
My morning are stupid.
14
End this.
15
I told you don't ask me what the third thing was.
16
I said that.
17
Always shower after your shit.
18
Get you ready for your day, trust me.
19
I have a gangster shower.
20
Designed it myself, I'm pretty proud of it.
21
I have the Kohler temperature setting, different settings, mechanical joint.
22
So I got like six jet heads and one rain spout.
23
But then I got the steamer.
24
So I put the steamer on, get it right while I'm getting undressed.
25
I oil before I shower so that the skin I think I soak up the oil with the mist.
26
I'm in there like I'm Farrah Fawcett, you know what I mean, getting it right, bubbles.
27
And then my shower has like aromatherapy.
28
So I put the tea tree oil in there and the steam comes out with tea tree oil in it.
29
Sometimes I'll put a nice lavender, it's nice.
30
Tulip oil, it's nice.
31
Glam routine is I put on my age -defying moisturizer from Kiehl's with my eye un -puffy moisturizer
32
that they told me to put on because it'll make me look younger.
33
Then I've recently discovered beard oil.
34
I oil my beard and exfoliate.
35
And then I put on a little SPF 15 in my T -zone and my forehead to stop from wrinkling.
36
Put the pomade on the waves, get it tight, brush them down.
37
Then I give my man some love, a little powder.
38
Bang, bang, then I'm good to go.
39
Don't ask me, don't ask, I'm being honest.
40
Don't blame a brother for being honest.
41
Everybody powder their man, bang, bang.
42
Y 'all don't powder y 'all man?
43
You live in LA, homie.
44
Start partying your man, he need love too.
45
I check my phone periodically, I technically never have my phone on me, I'm not a phone dude, that's why I don't social media.
46
Once every two hours, I'll go see yo, what's up?
47
Venmo, all day, cause the cash do be coming in, you know that.
48
My Litecoin app, to see where my Litecoin at, cause I don't trust Bitcoin, Litecoin forever.
49
My camera's at my house, see what's going on at the house, see if the raccoon's back.
50
It's an ordeal, the possums, the raccoons.
51
It's a fight, they're gangsta.
52
If it's fantasy season, I check my fantasy app.
53
Gotta make trades in the off season.
54
I'm a like t -shirt, under armor kind of dude.
55
So I usually just throw on a tee, some sweats, or some shorts, depending on how hot it is.
56
If it's cold, I go gangsta, layers, t -shirt, button up sweater, with the compression pants, with the jeans,
57
with the boots, after putting on the double layer socks.
58
That's tube socks plus footies.
59
I like footies.
60
For breakfast, I usually do steel cut oats.
61
No fruit, sugar content's too high.
62
I'll just boil those, do them with a little bit of almond milk.
63
That's it, a little aside.
64
Boom, just one scoop, scoop of protein.
65
Boom, enough carbs, enough protein.
66
Enzymes are correct, fuel me for the next three hours.
67
That's the breakfast I have every day.
68
When I get up, I hit the gym first about 7 .30, 8 o 'clock.
69
I run four miles to the gym, get in.
70
I'm already warm from the jog.
71
30 minutes of legs, then we move on to other places.
72
That's why I powder my man.
73
Bang, bang!
74
Monday is chest and try.
75
Tuesday will be back and biceps.
76
Every day you hit abs for 20 minutes.
77
And then Wednesday will be legs and shoulders.
78
Burn them out, start the routine over Thursday.
79
From the gym, I go to the house.
80
When I'm not working, I build houses.
81
Right now, my thing is stained glass.
82
If you stay in a Mackey house, you'll see a beautiful piece of stained glass in the living room and the bedroom.
83
I'll make a little bit of stained glass piece and stick it in the wall.
84
You always snack.
85
I always keep a bowl of almonds, unsalted, or boiled peanuts.
86
In New Orleans, you can get boiled peanuts.
87
They put them in seasoning and pepper, and there's usually some old dude on the side of the street selling them.
88
Just snack on those all day.
89
Or a pickled pig lip is the best thing on earth.
90
If you're from the South, you're with me.
91
If you're not, you suck.
92
It's my creature comfort.
93
Brings me to my youth.
94
Or some hog head cheese.
95
I call that redneck pate.
96
I think it's dope.
97
I know what hog head cheese and pate are with me kid.
98
I usually eat every three, three and a half hours.
99
So around 11, I'll snack, snack, snack.
100
Eat around 11, 12.
101
Little sauteed spinach tuna medley.
102
Little bit of brown rice.
103
Half a cup of brown rice salt and pepper, paprika, little Tony Sacharan, that's what we do, boom.
104
That's my typical lunch.
105
I do fish for lunch.
106
In the afternoon, I usually do something involving sheetrock.
107
I put my dudes on other projects and I do the little stuff.
108
Installing cabinets, cutting granite, putting in flooring, hanging doors, sheetrock, taping, floating, priming, sanding.
109
But when I'm unemployed, I'm doing man stuff.
110
I'm no longer getting my nails done and going to the spa.
111
I like to go to the spa.
112
So if I'm in LA, I'll go down to Koreatown.
113
I'm there all day.
114
Koreans do it when they come to the spa, y 'all.
115
There's one spot, it's a spa with Korean barbecue.
116
And I'm like, these motherfuckers have broke the matrix.
117
How can you get Korean barbecue and a massage?
118
You win.
119
But that's only when I'm working.
120
Not only it happens when I come out to LA.
121
I don't do that in nowhere else.
122
You don't do that in New Orleans.
123
So on Friday, I do my cheat.
124
Around six o 'clock, I leave home, walk to the quarter, hit port -a -call, get me a huma -huma, leave port -a -call, go around to my Cuban spa, get my mojito, leave there,
125
go get my daiquiri from New Orleans Original Daiquiri House Special 64 -ounce.
126
You know that?
127
Stop at my cigar spot on Canal, get a cigar, then I'll go get me some pho from Namiz, my man Andrew.
128
After that, we hitting the couch or playing with the kids.
129
I'm usually, after that, I'm messing with the kids doing homework before bed and stuff.
130
Get the kids their juice, turn on the TV, watch a little cartoon network, watch a little PJ Masks.
131
PJ Masks go off, it's bedtime.
132
Kids in the bed for 8 .30.
133
That's when Daddy Mac come out, start yelling.
134
When Daddy Mac comes out, everybody's in trouble.
135
So when I say go to bed, they go to bed.
136
You don't go to bed, I'ma hug and kiss you until you go to bed.
137
So they just run and get into bed.
138
Reverse psychology.
139
Turn on Hallmark Channel, watch Frasier, which comes on right after Golden Girls.
140
Depends on if I can stay up for Frasier, but usually the Golden Girls do the trick.
141
Dorothy and Blanche, that's my booze.
142
I watch the Hallmark Channel, I don't care, I love it.
143
You make quality programming.
144
I can't wait to be in one of your movies.
145
I'm an early sleeper.
146
For me, it's usually about nine o 'clock, 9 .30.
147
I have one of those old people mattresses that do that, that you see on the commercials.
148
And yo, if you have not been in one of those Tempur -Pedic joints that bend like that with the remote control, you're sleeping wrong.
149
I put a six inch memory foam on top of that dog, strap it in, got the nice comforter.
150
I sleep naked, I have nice sheets, gypsum cotton.
151
I don't want nothing between me and my sheets.
152
They're nice.
153
I got like the three rows of pillows with the little circular pillow in the middle.
154
It's gangsta.
155
Turn on Golden Girls, yo, you can't mess with it.
156
Yeah, I met Betty White once.
157
I'm not gonna say what she said because in 2019 you can't say that to people anymore.
158
Let's just say she really thought I was cute.
159
I'll just say that.
160
I'm Anthony Mackie and this is what I do in a day.
