Creazione lezione...
1
I'm Dominic Maximini.
2
And today I want to talk a little bit about Scrum events.
3
They are called event on purpose.
4
Because meetings are very boring and not always focused.
5
And in Scrum, we try to have fun
6
and we try to be very focused on value and the specific outcomes we are seeking with our events.
7
We have five of them.
8
The first is the sprint itself.
9
The second is the sprint planning.
10
Then we have a daily Scrum.
11
a sprint review and a sprint retrospective.
12
The sprint is somewhat special because it's a container event.
13
It wraps all other events Thank you.
14
It has a maximum duration of one month.
15
and everything else happens within it.
16
Every sprint you have to deliver a working product increment.
17
That's something.
18
Now you start a sprint, with a sprint planning.
19
So, the scrumptious meats, You take input from the product backlog, and you transform it in the sprint backlog,
20
to something that is actionable for the development team.
21
So after the sprint planning, the team is good to go.
22
And they start working.
23
Every day they do a daily scrum.
24
The daily scrum is for the development team for nobody else.
25
And here the development team inspects the progress to date towards the sprint goal.
26
And they adapt sprint backlog depending on the dependencies impediments and progress they have.
27
At the end of the sprint, everybody meets at the sprint review.
28
And this the product increment is shown to the stakeholders.
29
That's not a demo.
30
It's not an acceptance meeting of any sort.
31
It's a collaborative working session.
32
So the stakeholders should try out the product increment.
33
They should play around with it.
34
And that generates input.
35
So you inspect the product increment and you adapt the product backlog.
36
Last but not least, The Scrum team meets to do a sprint retrospective.
37
That means they inspect their interactions, their processes, and they look on how to improve.
38
In every sprint, at least one thing is improved.
39
It should increase fun and it should increase focus and value creation.
40
That's it basically.
41
That is a very short, very brief introduction to the Scrum events.
42
I hope you liked it.

  • "The first is the sprint itself" – Questa struttura mette in evidenza come si possa enumerare e presentare informazioni in modo chiaro e diretto.
  • "You take input from the product backlog" – Qui viene utilizzato il verbo "take" in modo funzionale per indicare l'azione di estrarre informazioni, un modo comune di esprimere azioni in inglese.
  • “The daily scrum is for the development team” – L'uso della preposizione "for" evidenzia a chi è destinato un evento, un aspetto spesso difficile per chi impara l'inglese.
