And I just thought this rodeo queen princess type who had a surprisingly steely, tough, rhinestone quality to her.

I made up a whole story about how my father, for every one of my birthdays, would always buy me a piece of jewelry that was kind of horseshoe themed.

53
So just looking at that, oh, I picked that belt, but we picked...
3:25.37 3:27.65 (2.3s)
54
Just everything was chosen with such care.
3:27.81 3:29.87 (2.1s)
55
And I really appreciate how beautifully my scarf is tied.
3:30.69 3:33.55 (2.9s)
56
Well, well, well, well, well.
3:34.55 3:35.71 (1.2s)
57
I see that I am wearing the Chanel boots.
3:36.51 3:39.51 (3.0s)
58
Gosh, it's so funny because the last time I saw this outfit was like on a meme.
3:39.63 3:43.13 (3.5s)
59
People send me this one all the time.
3:43.01 3:44.85 (1.8s)
60
And the last meme I saw was somebody being like, are you wearing the, and it's the armor from the 1992 Bram Stoker's Dracula?
3:44.97 3:52.17 (7.2s)
61
Yes, yes I am.
3:52.07 3:52.93 (0.9s)
62
So this is Andy Sachs in her post-makeover scene from The Devil is Prada, which was designed by the one and only, the legend, the eternal, the goddess Patricia Field.
3:52.95 4:03.75 (10.8s)
63
I feel like part of the reason why The Devil is Prada has such enduring power is because of the brilliance of the costume choices, and that's all Pat.
4:03.75 4:11.95 (8.2s)
64
So a lot of people want to know, did I know that The Devil Wears Prada was going to be what it was?
4:12.01 4:16.73 (4.7s)
65
If you'd asked me at the time, well, actually, no, I'm thinking back to who I was at the time, I would have said, yeah.
4:16.73 4:21.63 (4.9s)
66
I absolutely would have said, yeah.
4:21.63 4:24.05 (2.4s)
67
And then I think I would have been more careful as I got older, and now I'm back to saying, yeah, I did.
4:24.03 4:29.01 (5.0s)
68
It was a feeling.
4:29.01 4:29.83 (0.8s)
69
I mean, I didn't know how to prove the feeling, and I didn't realize that it would actually take 20 years for that feeling to become undeniable.
4:29.83 4:36.49 (6.7s)
70
I was getting ready for a Michael Kors fashion show while I had just recently gotten my bangs back.
4:36.67 4:41.79 (5.1s)
71
And as I was going out the door, I thought, oh, that's funny.
4:41.77 4:43.61 (1.8s)
72
I kind of look like Andy, kind of.
4:43.59 4:46.29 (2.7s)
73
But I didn't think anything of it.
4:46.81 4:48.31 (1.5s)
74
And then I showed up, and then I realized I was sitting next to Anna, and everybody was kind of looking at us.
4:48.45 4:53.11 (4.7s)
75
And I thought, I think maybe I look a lot like Andy right now.
4:53.11 4:55.87 (2.8s)
76
Within minutes, literally, of the fashion show, I found out that, yes, I had looked a lot like Andy.
4:56.09 5:00.71 (4.6s)
77
I think the most important thing in life is a great sense of humor.
5:00.81 5:03.09 (2.3s)
78
I think Anna has a fabulous sense of humor, and I was thrilled that we could enjoy that moment together.
5:03.37 5:07.25 (3.9s)
79
Well, that's lovely.
5:08.51 5:09.69 (1.2s)
80
That's lovely.
5:10.07 5:10.73 (0.7s)
81
That's just a lovely, beautiful Prada dress.
5:10.75 5:13.35 (2.6s)
82
That was the night I won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for my performance in Les Miserables.
5:13.51 5:19.63 (6.1s)
83
When I look at this, the thing I'm just struck by is how much love that the people in my immediate circle surrounded me with in that moment.
5:19.79 5:28.59 (8.8s)
84
I'm just remembering the love.
5:28.49 5:30.79 (2.3s)
85
If I'm really honest, it was a complicated time for a lot of different reasons that I don't want to go into, but I remember that moment feeling super pure, super beautiful, and I just made sure to like earmark that moment.
5:30.91 5:42.40 (11.5s)
86
I'm just like, when you look back, this is what matters.
5:42.40 5:44.36 (2.0s)
87
This is the part to remember.
5:44.36 5:46.86 (2.5s)
88
This is Dr.
5:46.86 5:48.34 (1.5s)
89
Amelia Brand in Christopher Nolan's Interstellar.
5:48.34 5:52.34 (4.0s)
90
I was actually just talking about this the other day because the costume was very heavy, and I asked to try it on, and I got asked to, I'd like to test it in water before I have to, there's a sprint sequence in it.
5:52.34 6:04.20 (11.9s)
91
And so I got taken to a pool and I ran about 20 yards and I said, that's enough.
6:04.26 6:08.20 (3.9s)
92
I know everything I need to know.
6:08.12 6:09.58 (1.5s)
93
And I went straight out and bought a weighted vest.
6:09.52 6:11.16 (1.6s)
94
And I spent the next, I think, eight weeks just running up and down trails in LA, just trying to build up my stamina and my strength to be able to bear the weight of that.
6:11.68 6:20.86 (9.2s)
95
There's a physical component to filmmaking that I think people often misunderstand.
6:20.84 6:23.80 (3.0s)
96
There's a grit that you need.
6:24.58 6:26.18 (1.6s)
97
And granted, there's like also craft service and like people give you water and ask if you're okay all the time.
6:26.80 6:31.16 (4.4s)
98
So it's a balance.
6:31.28 6:32.00 (0.7s)
99
But you do need to have steeliness.
6:32.12 6:34.04 (1.9s)
100
You do need to be willing to go that extra mile.
6:34.14 6:36.72 (2.6s)
101
It's an amazing art form.
6:36.66 6:38.84 (2.2s)
102
And it's something that you truly can turn yourself inside out for.
6:39.26 6:41.98 (2.7s)
103
And that's all I just wanted to say was it was a pleasure to get to run across Iceland in this spacesuit in mid-thigh height water.
6:42.08 6:49.50 (7.4s)
104
Again and again and again and again as many times as Chris needed.
6:49.22 6:51.54 (2.3s)
105
What's confusing about the ending?
6:51.54 6:52.74 (1.2s)
106
Love.
6:53.18 6:53.40 (0.2s)
107
Love.
6:53.54 6:54.08 (0.5s)
108
The ending is love.
6:55.46 6:57.94 (2.5s)
109
I don't know.
6:57.52 6:58.72 (1.2s)
110
I mean, the ending, the whole film is a feeling and the idea that physics is poetic and emotional as well.
6:58.52 7:08.46 (9.9s)
111
Hello.
7:09.60 7:10.76 (1.2s)
112
This was a very, very, very special moment for me.
7:10.52 7:14.82 (4.3s)
113
Pierre Paolo invited me to the show and I was able to sit next to my dear, dear friend Giancarlo Giametti at the event.
7:14.56 7:21.72 (7.2s)
114
This was the beginning of the pink moment.
7:21.82 7:25.28 (3.5s)
115
And I went to my fitting and there were a few other looks, but as soon as I put this one on, I knew that it was perfect.
7:25.06 7:30.98 (5.9s)
116
I love this moment of heels.
7:30.48 7:32.86 (2.4s)
117
I love a very high platform heel.
7:32.72 7:35.36 (2.6s)
118
It's a happy place for me.
7:35.32 7:36.86 (1.5s)
119
I did not fully think about the cobblestones.
7:36.44 7:39.60 (3.2s)
120
This is one of my favorite dresses of all time.
7:41.02 7:43.20 (2.2s)
121
I know you're not supposed to have favorites.
7:42.70 7:44.42 (1.7s)
122
It's like children, but this one was really, really special.
7:44.00 7:47.06 (3.1s)
123
It was a magnificent garment.
7:46.72 7:49.24 (2.5s)
124
I wish you could see the insides of it.
7:48.70 7:50.62 (1.9s)
125
way it was constructed was just incredible.
7:50.62 7:52.92 (2.3s)
126
Literally everything that comes out of Donatella's mouth deserves to be remembered forever.
7:52.92 7:58.42 (5.5s)
127
One of my favorite things that she ever said was, we were taking a photo, I think it was maybe from one of our ad campaigns together, and someone said they needed to get an approval for something, and she looked at them and deadpanned, I approve.
7:58.32 8:08.42 (10.1s)
128
And she was like, what more do you need?
8:09.92 8:11.60 (1.7s)
129
She has so much power, not just because of the Versace name, but who she is.
8:11.36 8:17.96 (6.6s)
130
She herself as an individual has so much power and the way she uses it, the way she brings people closer together, the way she tweets people like family, her level of thoughtfulness.
8:18.06 8:27.17 (9.1s)
131
She's just, she's a wonderful person.
8:27.17 8:29.19 (2.0s)
132
I feel really lucky that we, that we're in each other's lives.
8:29.19 8:31.37 (2.2s)
133
This is so nice.
8:31.37 8:33.95 (2.6s)
134
So this is Ralph Lauren.
8:33.95 8:36.49 (2.5s)
135
This was a CFDA Fashion Awards, which I, I was a last minute replacement for Sarah Jessica Parker.
8:36.49 8:43.49 (7.0s)
136
It was a big night for American fashion, so I really wanted to wear an American designer.
8:43.49 8:48.49 (5.0s)
137
It's always very fun when you go to one of these events that, you know, the room is full of fashion people who don't hide the fact that you walk in and they just go, and they look you up and down.
8:48.45 8:59.31 (10.9s)
138
I mean, it's Ralph, and it's, oh my gosh.
8:59.51 9:03.13 (3.6s)
139
I'm just remembering the feeling of the fabric now.
9:03.01 9:05.09 (2.1s)
140
You have no idea how soft this denim was.
9:04.65 9:06.91 (2.3s)
141
I don't know what it is about me, but my memory is triggered by what people wear and what I've worn.
9:06.89 9:11.95 (5.1s)
142
We're back in Ralph Lauren.
9:13.45 9:14.75 (1.3s)
143
So this is outside of the 92nd Street Y for the producers panel that I was invited to attend because I was a producer on the idea of you.
9:15.21 9:24.45 (9.2s)
144
This is archival Ralph Lauren.
9:24.07 9:26.75 (2.7s)
145
It is a leather three piece suit, which are all things that I love.
9:27.17 9:31.33 (4.2s)
146
I love a three piece suit.
9:31.61 9:33.33 (1.7s)
147
This always reminds me because when I got the Princess Diaries, I decided I wanted to buy myself a treat and I bought myself a pair of leather pants.
9:33.21 9:41.21 (8.0s)
148
When I chose this outfit, it felt like another first for me.
9:41.31 9:44.11 (2.8s)
149
I've never produced something at the level of the idea of you.
9:43.55 9:47.61 (4.1s)
150
I mean, my goodness, when I think back some of the directors that I've named as we've gone through these, I've gotten to learn from the best.
9:47.15 9:55.43 (8.3s)
151
And so what I hope to do as a producer is, I don't know, make those people look really good.
9:54.95 10:00.83 (5.9s)
152
Acting is not a solo sport.
10:01.03 10:02.97 (1.9s)
153
It's a team sport.
10:02.61 10:03.69 (1.1s)
154
To do your part in contributing to a world that does not rely on rigid dogma, but actually is able to be present, to take in the truth of someone else with curiosity and respect.
10:03.19 10:17.67 (14.5s)
155
That's what power means to me.
10:18.07 10:19.33 (1.3s)
156
And the idea that you are skilled enough, that you've developed your skill set enough, that it mattered enough to you to really apply yourself to learn.
10:19.41 10:26.13 (6.7s)
157
So that way you can say, and I can do that with precision.
10:26.49 10:28.89 (2.4s)
158
You can count on me.
10:29.29 10:30.23 (0.9s)
159
I love being able to say that with confidence.
10:30.59 10:32.87 (2.3s)
160
I have taken my craft seriously.
10:33.23 10:34.67 (1.4s)
161
I've learned a great deal.
10:35.33 10:36.25 (0.9s)
162
And you can trust me.
10:36.71 10:37.59 (0.9s)
163
Let's see what happens next.
10:38.71 10:39.95 (1.2s)
164
You asked me before, was there anything I wanted to say?
10:44.65 10:46.61 (2.0s)
165
Look at how many pages I still get to fill.
10:46.47 10:49.19 (2.7s)
166
Thank you so much.
10:49.53 10:50.79 (1.3s)
167
That's my life in looks.
10:51.11 10:52.31 (1.2s)
168
Thank you.

  • 문장 연결과 필러(Fillers): 앤 해서웨이는 'I mean', 'you know', 'I think'와 같은 필러와 접속사를 자연스럽게 사용하여 생각을 정리하고 문장을 유연하게 연결합니다.
"This was one of those moments where...", "I remember feeling like..."

Wait Mode를
Off
