157
It feels good in the moment, I know, but you don't need it.
158
On a similar note, number nine is to charge your phone away from your bed at night.
159
It is very easy to go and scroll in the morning once you wake up, but if you put your phone in another room, much harder to go and scroll
160
and hopefully it'll just motivate you to get some of your
161
morning routine out of the way before you start checking texts and emails.

I'll like scroll through the notifications and if nothing looks important then I won't open any of them.
165
Even if I have texts from friends I know it's probably nothing work related
166
so I'll pretty much ignore it and then get straight into my morning routine.

and I know you can too but that's kind of the way that I'm just personally it.
169
And last but not least is to plan your day the night before.

171
because we all have things we need to accomplish, okay?
172
I know I have things to do but
173
if I don't write it down I kind of get jumbled up in my head
174
and then I just end up doing literally nothing which feels horrible.
175
So at night, sometimes in bed, I'll go on my notes app or I'll write it down on my journal
176
and I make a list of all the things that I need to get done the following day.
177
That way I wake up in the morning Absolutely not.
178
You're creating structure for yourself.
179
You're looking out for your future self The more organized we can be in
180
that sense means the more we're going to accomplish
181
And it is incredibly satisfying to check something off of your to -do list Obviously, you don't want to overdo it and give yourself so many tasks
182
that you don't accomplish anything because that's not going to make you feel good
183
And i've fallen victim to this many times I've learned to kind of give myself a break
184
because random things come up and interrupt my day Things
185
that are out of my control will happen
186
So I give myself a handful of things that I know I need to get done
187
try not to overextend myself these days.
188
