and what that actually could do for their business.
4
It's actually mind -blowing.
5
People have cottoned on to this on Instagram.
6
Everyone on Instagram already knows, like, yeah, you post once a day and that's going to be the thing that grows your Instagram, right?
7
It's kind of obvious at this point.
8
But on YouTube, people still have this old idea
9
that I need to make one video a week and that needs to be a high quality video, super professional and scripted, whatever.
10
this is this is this is this is bullshit i'm telling you i used to do
11
that i used to be the guy posting to youtube twice a month trying to make a high quality video
12
and i completely stopped
13
that did a 30 -day challenge where i posted a video every single day in
14
that period my views tripled and my sales doubled since then i've kept going
15
and switched to around three or four times a week

and in that period things snowballed and my sales i think they're now four times what they used to be.

That's just the power of posting regularly, right?

20
I don't think you quite understand.
21
If you're watching this and you're still kind of on the fence about it, even if you're on the fence,
22
you don't actually understand the power of this.
23
There's two reasons why this works so well.
24
The The first one is that you have more shots at goal.
25
YouTube is all about finding what I call your audience keys.
26
These are little keys that unlock channel growth for you.
27
And they can be key phrases, they can be key ideas, they can be key visuals that you use across your channel.
28
Over time you will find these key phrases and key ideas that you start repeating over and over again,
29
remixing that will be the cornerstone and the fuel for your channel growth.
30
When you are in the early stages of growing a channel, let's say you're getting 500 views or even 5 ,000 views a video,
31
anywhere in that range, and you're not making videos very often, your primary goal needs to be finding what your audience keys are.
32
Finding the key ideas, the key phrases, the key bits of packaging that resonate with your audience
33
that you can then start remixing to put your YouTube growth on turbo mode.
34
If you're making two videos a month, it's going to take you so long to find those audience keys.
35
It's going to take you years.
36
It took me years.
37
If you start posting every day, you can figure this shit out in months, weeks.
38

39

43
He found something.
44

45
This time, the video gets 100 ,000 views in the first 24 hours.
46
And at the time of recording, this video is well above 300 ,000 views.
47
That's because he's figured out how to iterate and ideate on his packaging
48
in a way that he can react to a trend very fast, coming up with great packaging, then make a video very quickly,
49
post it before anyone else does.
50
He's in a very sort of news -heavy space like the AI space, so it's specifically relevant to him, but it's relevant to everyone.
51
And the result is that his channel is now blown up.
52
So that's the first thing.
53
That's just the first thing.
54
It gives you so many more shots on goal, right?
55
Just kicking balls.
56
Bam!
57
Five times a week.
58
You miss, you miss, you miss, you hit.
59
so much quicker than doing it twice a month.
60
It's crazy to me that people even are still making two videos a month.
61
Especially if you're already getting sales through your channel, if you're a coach, and you've got a high -ticket sales system set up,
62
or you're selling low -ticket courses or membership fairly regularly, and you're like, yeah, every time I post,
63
I probably make like $500 or $1 ,000 on average.
64
So what happens if you just 10x the amount you posted like the numbers?
65
You might think well the quality is gonna go down and the sure it might go down a bit
66
But you're still gonna make way more money
67
I don't even like speaking I don't even like saying that I'm not
68

69
So when I'm saying make more money, you got to make more money kind of sounds weird to me even coming out of my mouth

75
And I was just like, if you want to make more money, Thomas, just post more videos, bro.
76
Post like 10 times more videos than you are right now
77
and try and make them as good as you can and as fast as possible as you can.
78
And no shit, it worked, right?
79
The second reason why this is so advantageous is because it compounds.
80
And that is because your audience are a bunch of binge watchers, all right?
81
Your audience are a bunch of bingers and they're gonna binge your content like Netflix, especially if you find your audience keys.
82
What this means is that imagine, Imagine if you don't post very often, right?
83
You post like twice a month.
84
Somebody finds your channel, they watch a video and they love it.
85
They kind of might go through some of your past videos, but not that deep into the past.
86
They might watch two, maybe three.
87
Then they have to wait another two weeks before you post another video.
88
Imagine scenario B, somebody who posts three, four times a week.
89
Somebody who discovers you, they watch a couple of your past videos in
90
that meantime in those couple of days you've now posted another two videos
91
they then think wow
92
this person's really on it this almost feels like i'm interacting with them live
93
i'm watching another video then another video all of those videos are curatedly is
94
that word curatedly designed to build trust with that person and to nurture them nourishingly closer to buying one of your programs.
95
The binge effect is real.
96
I can't even tell you how many comments I get from my audience telling me that they are binge watching my videos.
97
Like, I hope it's not unhealthy.
98
I hope you guys do not have unhealthy habits where you're like 2am -ing my videos 20 in a row.
99
I don't want that for you.
100
Stop. But it happens.
101
People binge watch YouTube and they binge watch somebody who they think has an answer for them.
102
They binge watch somebody who they think can help them get to the next level
103
and help them get away from their pain and towards their dream.
104
And if you have an area of expertise where you help people do that in any niche, post more videos.
105
Now, if you want to know which kinds of videos to make to allow you to make loads of videos,
106
because if you just keep making the same five tips video over and over again, you're going to get bored and so is your audience.
107
If you want to know all of the different video formats that I use to keep my audience engaged.
108
There's a free upload maxing playbook in the description.
109
You can download that.
110
It's going to give you a sample roadmap of 30 days of posting to YouTube.
111
Different formats, even different title ideas, video structures, and examples of those videos.
112
It's pretty comprehensive.
113
It's going to help you out.
114
It's free in the description.
115
But I want to leave you with a key here
116
that almost everyone gets wrong when they try this approach
117
and it's going to save you a lot of a lot of heartache
118
and brainache trying to figure this out because when i started my own 30 -day challenge
119
the first five to six videos bombed the first one did all right
120
because i just said to my audience hey i'm doing this cool thing
121
and people liked it
122
and then the views went from like a thousand to then 800 to then 600
123
and 500 and i was about to give up
124
and thinking this is way too much work and I'm not getting any results.
125
Who knew, right?
126
Like the YouTube algorithm punishes daily uploading.
127
It doesn't.
128
But that's what I thought because my views were plummeting.
129
Instead, you cannot just slap up videos.
130
You have to ideate them.
131
You have to ideate your videos and find your audience keys, as I mentioned, but specifically find packaging angles fast for your ideas.
132
And so if I was to give you a three -hour schedule to make a video in three hours, what I would first do is say,
133
try and just completely eradicate your editing time.
134
So even make like one take videos like this
135
or find a system where you can draw on your iPad
136
or you can draw on a piece of paper and you can avoid that sort of heavy visual editing frameworks,
137
motion graphics stuff, unless you have an editor, which is great.
138
But if you don't, use visual aids, so draw stuff out.
139
And so with your editing time massively down,
140
you want to spend the first half an hour to 60 minutes of your YouTube time to ideate an idea.
141
And what do I mean by that?
142
In the 3R YouTube system, we separate core ideas from packaging ideas.
143
So a core idea is an epiphany that you have, right?
144
It's something where you think, oh, I'd love to talk about this
145
and I've had this unique way of saying it and this is going to be cool.
146
That's a core idea.
147
Do not use that idea in your packaging.
148
Instead, you need to come up with a packaging idea that you attach to that core idea.
149
And this is the secret that I discovered to be able to make fast videos
150
that actually perform and do well and get people binge watching because they actually want to click on them.
151
You need to turn your core idea, the epiphany that you've had,
152
into something big and bold that directly talks to your audience's dreams and desires or pains and frustrations.
153
That's kind of packaging 101 very simply.
154
I've got a lot of other videos on my channel about that.
155
But if I could say it in one sentence, that would be it.
156
Grab your core epiphany idea, say that in the video, but do not use that in the packaging.
157
Find an angle that links that idea to your audience's pains
158
and desires and make it as big and bold as you possibly can.
159
Once you do that in your video, you just pay off that promise in the packaging with your core idea.
160
And the key thing here is that once you get good at this,
161
you do not need to spend hours and hours and hours ideating your videos.
162
This is the crazy part, is that you can sit down for half an hour, know exactly how to package core ideas that come to you,
163
package them quickly, make the thumbnail text, put in the title, boom, you've then got your packaging there for you, ready to go.
164
You whip out your camera, walk to a field by the ocean, and yap, yap like a fox.
165
That dogs yap.
166
I think foxes yap.
167
Yap like a fox to the camera.
168
It's getting really windy, so I'm going to wrap this one up.
169
Just before I summarize this video for you so you can take home the takeaways, download the Upload Maxing playbook in the description below.
170
Let's summarize it.
171
By making way more videos, you have two key advantages.
172
Number one, more shots at goal.
173
Number two, your audience are way more likely to binge watch your stuff.
174
When you have more shots at goal, you're going to find your audience keys much quicker.
175
And when you can make lots of videos to get people binge watching the videos that touch on your audience keys, that's when things start snowballing.
176
If you want to know how what I've just told you fits into an entire system
177
that allows you to make YouTube videos in just three hours, watch this video next.
178
I'll see you there.
