My childhood friend just came to Vietnam today.

Literally here for a few hours.

So this is his first meal.

And I asked him what he wanted.

And unsurprisingly, he said he wanted pho.

So I'm gonna take him to one of my favorite spots, which is...

Pho Seoul.

They have multiple locations around the city.

It's probably five or something.

They serve like a stir-fried beef.

That's a northern style.

It's really freaking good.

Let's go in.

They have something that's cool here.

This is called pho-cine-phoam.

So it's pho-cine means fried and phoam means like puffed.

So it's stir-fried pho-pho.

So like the stir-fried beef with the vegetable

and then has deep-fried pho noodles

and then you kind of put the beef on the pho noodles So we got that too.

Yeah, this is very cool very cool style Yeah, northern style just in there.

So it's rare to see in Saigon I only know this restaurant.

There's probably I think there's five locations So they always serve it

and I know one other restaurant the whole city that served

that style So there's probably more but I don't know yet

And then this place is cool because they have a smoked tongue which is really pretty good and smoked brisket, which is so rare It's good.

I got it.

Yeah We got this whole platter thing this one's called fuck on this is a roll

So they have a lot of different styles.

That's why the place is really cool.

So it's like, it all looks like super cheap.

Usually the, all the plates are just like these mass things from China.

And either it was a print wrong

or they just have a closing out sale from the last 10,000 pieces or whatever it is.

But the silverware always seems to be wrapped in the same.

But I need more silverware.
