To begin, can you tell me your full name?

I'm Hyo-in Kim, but you can also call me Chloe,

which is my English name.

And are you working or studying right now?

I'm currently a student.

I go to the University of Toronto in Canada,

and I just completed my second year there.

I major in the book and media studies.

Do you enjoy your studies?

Yes, definitely, because I'm very passionate about media.

And when I finish studying,

I want to work in one of those contemporary digital companies,

media companies like Netflix, Instagram, TikTok.

So I definitely enjoy what I'm learning right now.

Yeah.

And what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time, I like to watch YouTube videos.

Also, the short like reels on Instagram,

it's very fun to watch.

and I also love to listen to music,

find new songs, and not only that but I also like to dance to the music so I enjoy that a lot.

And what is your hometown?

My hometown is is BUNDANG in Korea.

It's quite close to Seoul.

Yeah, and like the air there is more clean and it's like a nice neighborhood.

So I don't live there anymore,

but I like to go there often once in a while.

What things do you like about your hometown?

As I mentioned, I definitely like how it's a very quiet and comforting neighbourhood.

It's more safe and the scenery or the nature there is nice to look at as well.

So I like to visit there.

And what things do you not like about it?

I think it could be quite inconvenient at times because it's not really in the middle of the city.

So if I want to get around or if I want to hang out with my friends,

it's quite far away from the popular areas,

which is like Gangnam or Hongdae.

Now let's talk about public transportation.

Do people usually use public transportation in your country?

Definitely yes because the public transportation here in Korea,

it's very convenient and I know all my friends,

we don't have a car yet so we like to get around places with using like the metro or the buses.

Even like the taxis are very affordable I think compared to like America or Canada

and you can just call them through using those apps yeah

okay what do you want to change about the public transport in In Korea?

In Korea, yeah.

I think maybe for people who are not from Korea,

it could be at times maybe quite confusing.

So maybe for the foreigners,

it'd be nice if there are more translation applications

available or more signs in English as well maybe some kind of platform

or services available for people who are not from Korea.

And will you ride public transportation in the future?

Yes because even now when I'm trying to go out to places I always use the metro

so I would always be using it even in the future.

So you're going to describe a person who often helps others.

So this person is my middle sister.

She's eight years older than me.

And she's like such a smart individual and also just her true personality as such a caring person, loving person.

She loves to just care for the people who she loves.

So not only that, but she wants to,

she's actually doing her in the process of completing her PhD degree.

So she wants to become a professor

and she's very into education she's passionate about it

so as i was growing up she would just be like a sort of role model

and a teacher for me she would just teach me how

to write how to read how to organize stuff everything

and i just look up to her a lot

and i definitely have a lot of love for her because

because I just have so much to learn from her and seeing how she treats others and the people around her,

it's very inspiring and it just warms up my heart a lot.

So, why are some people willing to help others?

I think it could be due to several different reasons.

It definitely depends on who that person is.

But for one, personally, I like to help others because it gives me a sense of satisfaction.

Because I think growing up,

people learn about things like morals and principles.

And knowing that you did a good thing and you brought a positive change to the world,

I think it gives you that sense of like a good feeling

that you did something good today yeah okay

and in what kinds of professions do people like to help others more um i think that

maybe uh people who are in the medical field or people who are in the who are in the police

police field yeah or um uh i think

but i think uh people just in many different careers they could help others in many ways

so i think to a degree to an extent it could be like any career or job.

Who should teach children to help others?

Parents or teachers?

I believe teachers are more

fitted to help to teach children because with parents I think there's the fact

that there can be be a sort of personal sense to how you see your children.

So if they're not doing well when you're teaching them,

you can get more frustrated because you know how much you believe in your child

and you could have a lot of expectations for them.

So with teachers, it's their job and it's their expertise.

So I think it's more suitable to let your children be educated by professionals.

I never really thought about that question,

people help others less in the current contemporary society because

when I see people just around me I feel like today like the society is

so fast moving and people are so busy to just and they don't really have time to care for others.

I feel even students we have to compete a lot to succeed

and be better than our peers and I think that's a lot of pressure

so I feel like people are becoming more they care more about themselves than as like a collective society.

There's not really any errors I noticed the only thing that is possible is to slightly increase the range.

So I think there's a few places where you could have found a more accurate and more advanced word.

The last question when you were thinking of people working alone or working collectively,

I think you might have been looking for individualistic as a word.

the field that you might have been describing is maybe the service industry,

But having all of those words just on immediately in command is very good.

In terms of grammar, I mean I guess you could use more unusual tenses

but your grammar is very good and I understood everything so I think you did a very good job.

One only other bit is in part three it's generally a good idea to not use a personal example
