It all starts with something called inversion of control or IOC.

It's the core concept, the building block of Springboot.

It means that instead of you manually creating objects, Spring does it for you.

Just add an annotation like add the rate component, add the rate service,

add the rate rest controller or add the rate repository on a class and your object for that class gets created.

These objects are called beans and spring manages them all inside something called the ioc container.

Once a bean is created in an ioc container, you can use it anywhere in your project.

This is called dependency injection and is done using add the rate auto add annotation.
