and valued this ability to communicate effectively can help build strong relationships

and foster collaboration and teamwork in addition to these traits there are certain behaviors

that are commonly associated with charisma for example charismatic individuals often have a magnetic presence that draws people towards them.

They may have a commanding physical presence, such as a confident stride or strong handshake.

They may also use humor or storytelling to engage and captivate their audience.

Charismatic individuals also tend to be very likable.
