  • “Bring proceedings against”: Iniziare un procedimento legale. Esempio: “The claimant brought proceedings against the defendant” (Il ricorrente ha iniziato un procedimento contro il difensore).
  • “Find in favour of”: Decidere a favore di. Esempio: “The court found in favour of the defendant” (Il tribunale ha deciso a favore del difensore).
  • “Plead guilty”: Riconoscere la colpevolezza. Esempio: “The defendant pleaded guilty” (Il difensore ha riconosciuto la colpevolezza).
  • “Seek damages”: Richiedere danni. Esempio: “The claimant sought damages” (Il ricorrente ha richiesto danni).

Prova ora con la frase: “The court found the defendant guilty” – ripetila finché non suona naturale!
