  • "I am getting a feel for what it's like to live..." - "get a feel for"는 "~에 대한 감을 잡다"는 뜻으로, 새로운 경험을 설명할 때 자주 사용됩니다.
  • "they don't have a great deal of money" - "a great deal of"는 "많은"이라는 뜻으로, uncountable 명사와 함께 사용됩니다.
  • "it's just long enough for me to be able to stretch out" - "~enough for sb to do"는 "누군가가 ~할 수 있을 만큼 충분히 ~하다"는 구조입니다.
