No diálogo, observe a connected speech (fala conectada) e reduções típicas do inglês falado. Por exemplo, a frase "the reason I'm here is well the the real estate company" tem uma ligação suave entre "is well" e "the the", com a segunda "the" quase imperceptível. Outro exemplo é "they don't have a great deal of money", onde "don't have" é reduzido a "don't 'ave" (com a "h" silenciada). Também note a ligação entre "moving into" (pronunciado "movin' into") e "cheap they can't afford" (com a "t" de "can't" suave).

Além disso, ele usa pausas curtas antes de frases como "believe me it's not going to take very long" para criar suspense.
