what's going on guys in this video i want to talk about a setup

that took long on nasdaq to make over three thousand dollars based on a absorption at a pull wall

that i saw happening in real time we're going to go over

that but before we get into

that let's talk about what we were doing before um we got to

that location and why i was looking at that location let's quickly explain

that as well

so right now this is activity up until 11 30 a .m est on september 22nd

if you want to go replay this for yourself

but we had a strong bullish move a strong breakout opening drive

so we have a strong uptrend very little volume traded here right

so this is a little peak right

and we have volume building out between this 980

and 900 area as you can see the volume build out here

so buyers are defending value higher after pushing it right at the open

when we have a strong push at the open that's the opening drive higher that's what i call it okay

so second what i want you to notice is where your current developing value area low is

and how we are reacting to it in the activity at

that spot look at the huge amount of transactions coming in there at the offer

and price respecting where all those trades are coming in

and we had a strong bullish move now on a retest

second important thing here how does price act on a retest what are you seeing well

when we look at the retest here what do you see

you have bids coming in momentum slowing down after this move down at the extreme point

that buyers need to defend which they do

so you get a bit of exertion

and we got to move back up really really important

because at this time your pull wall is right here i'm

going to mark it right here again excuse my horrible drawing i'm using the deep chart drawing hey deep chart

if you're watching this we need some improvement there with drawing tools

but this is where your pull wall is sitting right here below nine nine hundred nine ninety

or sorry a 90 area so you have a pull wall there you have your value

or your low there and you have tons of offers in there

and price respecting those offers right buyers defending the price above all

that huge volume

that we have traded before we get we get a retest here on this move up

so now let's fast forward a bit and see exactly what happens

when we come back and retest this area

and what i liked about it all right here we go

so let me get rid of this drawing now

that you get an idea what i'm watching for so

when brun price comes in and retested area we get a huge huge bid

that comes into the market

and watch how we react here once we look underneath there look how quickly we buy it up right

when this happened right here where we got huge amount of

negative delta a lot of bids coming into the market at an extreme point

and a pull wall i got an absorption signal from the gamma app

that i've created that

and also analyzes the order flow in the back end to give you signals of aggression

and absorption at these pivotal points i'll put it on the screen right now

and this is when i started to tell the group

that i'm interested in taking the market long at this point if we can defend above 900s okay

the key thing is i want price to get over 900

to consider this long you'll see what happens in a minute right

so price kind of stalls out we make another low what

look how quickly it's going to get bought up look how

quickly we make one more low below this huge trades

that come in instantly bought up

and this is where i really liked it this is where i took it long

when we reclaimed the 900s after sweeping this 890 area

so i actually took two trades um based on this idea the first one i got trailed out

and you'll see exactly what ends up happening here

so we get a nice move up i believe 20 25 points from my entry

but we get a pullback and you i'm gonna show you exactly what

so we get momentum coming in now right

so look how quickly note down how quickly we reverse from

here we had an extreme point right you obviously the value area low shifted right

but where was the value area low what were you seeing happening at

that area and it still is important right

because look at all the big trades where they're coming in

how we're defending right we make one more swing low below

here we get a lot of bids coming in just no follow through

and it's also your pull wall at that spot

so let's see what ends up happening here

so like i said i did get trailed out of this

position here um as it did pull back after giving me about 25 points uh

if this dotted line is your uh vwap um so just

if you're wondering what that line is there let me fast forward this a bit

but i did re -enter right so i got trailed out on this position

but now look what happens look what happens we get a retest of this area again

so the retest of the put wall next stream point right

i want you to notice right here how much negative delta we have coming into to the market.

and what price is doing it's a lot of bids putting pressure to take market lower at an extreme point

so really really important support

and we already talked about why it's important right we have a pole wall we have your value

or your low here a lot of offers built up in that spot

that have been defending throughout the whole day on a uptrend

day important thing look at what the structure looks like in

that larger time frame we've had a strong move up since the new york open

so that's that's another important thing to look at right

so watch this watch what happens look tons of bids coming

in reclaim 900 i try it again right risking just these lows here

because that would invalidate my idea right if you get

if you can hold

if you start to see price let me pause it here to explain this here

if you start to see price hold below these bids

that came in on this pushed down that's your sign

that hey sellers are starting to take over

because we're forming bear structure with lower highs

but we're at an extreme point where we're really struggling to

get below where we're seeing tons of bids okay even on every attempt

so we had one attempt two attempt and um you're seeing what's happening right

so 900 was a key spot because that was what your previous

when i was looking at the setup coming in that's where

you're developing value area low was that's where we're seeing this activity

so that's why it was important i wanted price to get over the 900 for a long idea

so we did catch a little bit heat on this trade

but nothing significant right and look at the follow -through you get was what's

that what do you think ends up happening here all these sellers

that were aggressively attempting to take market underneath value in these

in these low volume pockets they're getting squeezed now that's how i interpret the market right i don't know

if that is what's happening but if you are a if

if it's an algorithm trading actively right they're not gonna have we don't know the time frame they're trading at

but they have to eventually stop out

if it's not working right your position's not working so

when they are when you get stopped out on a short position that's buy side activity

and that creates more momentum to the upside

so this could be your buyer stepping back in

and a mix of sellers getting stopped out creating the momentum to the upside

so this is a good point where i look to sell why

because this is your midpoint of the value area does
